There has been a lot of discussion on these these gtld's and domain names in general. If you think about it, Apps don't require a domain name and have been slowly replacing desktop computers. Theoretically speaking, it's possible for domain names to disappear in the future and be replaced by...

This is very risky because generally Google and Yelp have algorithm to detect these fake reviews. Also Yelp has been outing businesses for doing this. Also depending on the business, you could be at a higher risk for getting sued for doing something like this. In NY, there have been criminal...

I assume you are talking about buying domain names to flip (resell) them as opposed to using them for your own purposes through development? If so, you're basically right. I usually go to domain name forums and look for domains that are selling for what I believe to be a good price where I am...

You can PM me the name and I can give you my opinion. One thing to remember is no domain name guru or expert can predict what your name is worth. I've seen amazing names sell for cheap and awful names sell for 6 figures. At the end of the day, the value of a domain name is truly what someone...

Let me start by saying that I am not a full time domainer but it has been a hobby of mine for many years. I have made a nice profit buying/selling domain names as a hobby over the years (e.g. I flipped the domain lawyer.info from 2,500 to 10,000 within 2 months). However, my bigger hobby and...

It's definitely best to have an automated sitemap generated but worst comes to worst I believe you can use Xenu to have one created (it's free) As discussed via PM I will review this but generally there is no problem with having keywords in your URL structure

I would agree with @englandrm Also you can take a look here: http://searchengineland.com/did-google-just-penalize-another-link-network-sape-links-150843 Google knows about Sape which is more reason not to use them The safest way is to build your own network which is time consuming and can be...

Thanks englandrm. One thing to point out from your message is about the reconsideration request you mention. Dave mentioned that he did not receive a manual penalty so there is no reconsidering to request.

    Selling items on this forum

May I also recommend doing what warriorforum does and just start charging people like $5+ per post. I'm new here and do contribute when I can but I on't have 100 posts yet. At least this way if people are just using the forum to sell these items, the forum will generate more $.

Now that's an easy question. Technically they should be punished like everyone else but Google can't treat large websites the same way. Google realized a long time ago that they are hurting themselves if they punish large sites for a long period of times. Assume repgenius is punished and...

    1. This is a difficult question to answer, as there are too many variables. You can write 10 posts and Google will index them. As far as getting good rankings for them? They better be extremely good posts that other people like, share and link to. The old saying of build it and they will...

    1. They absolutely exist and WILL negatively impact rankigns 2. There is no "appeal" process. You need to clean up your back link profile and probably change direction of your current seo campaigns. 3. Are you looking to do this yourself or hire someone? (Feel free to PM me for a price quote).

SEO is not dead per say. It is evolving. The main thing that is currently changing is the terminology, which is just a matter of semantics. However, that's not to say that it can't die. The way Google is going, no one really knows. They are transforming from a content finder to a content...

    1. Video is just one piece of the puzzle that makes up the content marketing landscape. The goal is always to generate great content and earn links the natural way. Video is a great way to do that so long as you have an interesting video that is likely to get shared and accumulate links...
