Justification for Buying a Home for Business?

You should bootstrap. Buying expensive stuff and material without even knowing if it will sell is the quickest road to failure. Selling physical products myself btw.

Justification for Buying a Home for Business?

You seemed to have learned nothing from all the time you spent here. Not gonna waste any more time on this, you probably want to learn it the hard way.

    Girlfriend pregnant on execution

    HOT!
And still you thought it was ok to use no protection from your side. I agree with @Mack X Don't blame her for your outcome now. So what do you want to hear from the other forum members now? Besides, that's still no excuse for not executing. A lot of guys with kids here made it happen.

    Hello from Belgium

    INTRO
Imo working freelance is a logical step between a job and a business. That was also the case for me. You have more control now, but you will have to aim to the next milestone and in the best case you can combine both. Start training your idea muscle by writing down at least 5 ideas daily, even...

What is the BEST "value" you ever paid for?

    NOTABLE! HOT! CHAT EXECUTION
This speaker, I take it everywhere in the house, while traveling and to BJJ training as well. Great sound for little money. Also, Spotify. I think I listen on average 8h/day to my playlists and learned TONS of new artists and even music genres. For only €10/month, I take it everywhere I want...

The road to wealth is simple: Drive a crappy car

    HOT! INVESTING
Except that the chance you get killed in a car crash is x10000000000000 more likely than when a plane crashes upon your house.

The road to wealth is simple: Drive a crappy car

    HOT! INVESTING
Depends where you live. In my country, just like many other European countries, old dirty cars are getting taxed like crazy. I drive a 5 yo hybrid car, simply for fiscal reasons.
