Learning to Program is STUPID! (or SMART?!)

    GOLD! HOT!
Yes, if you want to be excellent, there are costs. Learning how programming teams work, the steps of programming are things a good project manager should know. That is nowhere near correct. There is a huge difference between being an idiot that just throws money and accountability around...

Learning to Program is STUPID! (or SMART?!)

    GOLD! HOT!
So the issue is specifications and product management. NO! You learn to sell. Then you can sell the idea to prospects, investors and startup incubators, and get the financing to get an experienced team to do it the right way. You can't learn ALL the things that you have to have a...

FiveRR -- Gigs You've Hired (And a "did you know?")

    HOT! PEOPLE
If you use dropbox to share files, the free account gets you 1 or 2 gb, I did a fiverr and the guy set me up with 2 18gb dropbox accounts, which makes sharing files with my VA, the rest of my team a snap, I use the second to share pics/videos with the family.

Have you got any ideas to increase my traffic?

    IDEA
biz, you are killing me. In your previous post you told me an experienced CEO would make 10x what I make with my site, that isn't making suggestions, that is saying I don't know what I am doing. You probably went to the PRweb site in the last few days. My ad server will track those cookies...

Videos, video intro graphics, css, testing, ethical hacking, interior decorating, DROPBOX to 18gb x2 accounts (this is awesome), genealogy research, usability testing. Warning: it can be a black hole for productivity. You end up doing a bunch of useless crap because it is only 5 bucks but...

    Things to flip? Brainstorm

Books can be done, but you have to know your stuff. Estate sales are great for this as the family usually just boxes up the bookshelf and doesn't consider the first editions and such.

Have you got any ideas to increase my traffic?

    IDEA
I sell a ton of software from the leads I get from this site. Mess with formats, content and site organization enough and the traffic goes to 0. Some ads are targeted, some are just targeted at my demographic, which happens to be about 60% female in the 25-45 year old range so those ads are...

Have you got any ideas to increase my traffic?

    IDEA
Facebook likes are up, shares, and posts are up, site speed is almost half what it was and still some work to do. Traffic is down 15% from a month ago. September is not typically a good health month, hoping it turns around.

    EXECUTION
Getting a person to open their wallet based on what you write or say works online, or offline. You can use it to attract investors, buyers and renters in real estate. A successful track record works on any resume. You don't sound like you know which way you are heading. I would advise you...

I want to become extremely wealthy BUT I HATE programming/ web development

    EXECUTION
It will!!! Use your couple of years in school to learn how to attract customers. Learn how to market. You can do that with a Wordpress blog and some products from Amazon or Clickbank. You can then leverage those skills in either staying online (and maybe servicing the real estate market...

    How to learn programming

    How to learn programming

    WEB/DIGITAL
I bet you could. You don't know how much you don't know. I have written code for a really long time, your parents were probably still in middle school when I started writing code. I am really good at it. I make more money not programming and doing marketing and sales than I did writing...

    How to learn programming

    WEB/DIGITAL
These two statements don't go together. Learning to program now is equivalent to learning to farm, it is much easier to go to the store and buy your groceries than it is to learn how to grow them yourself. If you don't have any money, learn to make money and hire a programmer. Then when the...
