Developing for iOS first as a marketing strategy?

    MARKETING
You have to have volume of users and then volume of usage (are the downloaders using it multiple times a week?) If so, then maybe ad monetization will work. It takes 1000 page views to make $1.25.

I'm starting a similar website like fmylife and textsfromlastnight, the plan

    WEB/DIGITAL
A successful clickthrough rate on banner ads is .1% (that is one tenth of a percent), so if you are successful, you will get around 500 visitors from your $1000 ad purchase and at least 20% will go somewhere else immediately (1 page view then out).

    Need a good VA?

    PEOPLE
I cut back some in the summer months, and I have a VA that has done a really good job for me maintaining Wordpress postings, adding images, doing social work on Facebook and Scoop it. New Game in Alpha, Stupid?

    OFF-TOPIC
I thought Twitter and Facebook were stupid when they started too. No point in debating whether this will succeed or not, watch the process they use to market and see what you can learn from that.

Anybody have any advice on finding and landing high end clients?

    HOT!
I think you should add the goal of listening to people that know a lot and have a lot of experience There's a tag line for you, "I'm better than most other 22 year olds!" That should get you a lot of business.

Ca$hvertising Readers: Help with my sites "Guarantee" Strategy

    MARKETING
My goal for most projects is to generate $100.00/day from that project. None of my fee based membership systems has done that. I was pleased with the product I was offering, they just never seemed to ring with the visitor stream I have.

Or go with a $1 trial for the first month, then you have a reason to ask for the credit card, you immediately eliminate those that won't buy anything on the Internet or don't have a credit card and are just freebie seekers.

Anybody have any advice on finding and landing high end clients?

    HOT!
Not being defeatist, just realist. High end is not $2k, it is $50k (and maybe that isn't enough). You are 22, I'm A LOT more than that. The chances of me asking you for advice unless you have Secret Entourage type success is less than no chance. Are there other 20 somethings with disposable...
