    put together some profiles of your "typical" visitors, gender/age/net worth/as much detail as you can. Then things will start to become more clearer, if you have a lot of young moms you will push differently than if you have college students or middle age men.

    If you are an Insider, you can listen to the call on how to Outsource and reverse engineer my formula. But it comes down to, previous experience, great ratings + good reviews, and an articulate, thought out proposal that makes me think you aren't bidding on 500 other projects at the moment.
