Should i move out or not

    QUESTION
One question: If you leave, can you come back (to any of your family)? If you can leave and come back if everything fails, then yeah, take the dive soon and get a roommate and experience life a bit. You're probably gonna hate living with a roommate but oh well that's life. If you can't leave and...

Back pain after a "good" night’s sleep.

    HOT! HEALTH
If you're just waking up sore/sleeping wrong these are good places to start. For the most part how is your sleep in general? Do you sleep through the night or wake up multiple times? Do you generally wake up feeling refreshed mentally (obviously not physically)? I'd avoid the chiropractor - the...

I’m out of money. What lever do I pull?

What country/area are you in? If you're serious about it I can help get you up and running making $1k/week profit in about a week or two doing mulch installations, pressure washing, window cleaning, or gutter cleaning, but you're going to have to work your a$$ off. Let me know and we can set-up...

Idea Generation To Execution: Fastlane Millionaire's Step By Step Guide

    GOLD! HOT! IDEA
I have a question in regards to optimizing time in creating an e-commerce product, or testing new ideas before production. Quick backstory: I found a product in a certain niche on Amazon that I can compete with. I've fixed a major complaint about the product that I see in the reviews on every...

What improved your life so much that you wish you did it sooner?

    GOLD! HOT!
100%, I don't think I could ever live with a roommate in an apartment again, what a nightmare. Thin walls, sharing a bathroom, constant disagreements/tension about living situation, dirty as hell dishes in the sink not cleaned for weeks, neighbors blasting music, literally no storage room. I'm...

What improved your life so much that you wish you did it sooner?

    GOLD! HOT!
Getting tested/treated for sleep apnea due to a deviated septum from taking a hard knee to the nose in jiu jitsu, currently on a CPAP which helps tremendously. Before being treated I was so tired I was closing my eyes while driving, cranky as hell, and had 0 attention span. Have a septoplasty...

Succeeding in eCom by creating a branded/custom product

    SOURCING
Please don't source through Alibaba. I use Jingsourcing based off Walter Hays recommendation - they're amazing at sourcing right in China and charge a 5-10% fee. Sounds like a lot but they customize my product AFTER receiving it from the manufacturer, and they bag it and label it. It does take...

    White collar pressure washing

    SIDE HUSTLE
So I'll try and make this rather quick. I own a property maintenance/general landscaping business and have been experimenting with several different services in my area to see what works best, so far it looks like Johnny Boys model for lawn mowing is the best for building a legit business where...

$120k in the bank and 22 years old feeling lost

    INTRO
22 with 120k in the bank and a business set-up? You're doing really well already. Even if you don't like the tutoring business, you can build it up to a point where you can sell it, or be hands off with it and go work on a different business. You don't really need to like it to make profit off...

23 years old, 50k in savings, should I quit my job?

    INTRO
I'm your same age (23) and have about 6 figures saved up from some really lucky investments (ethereum @ $160). I liquidated over 70% of my investments after I had some realizations on where I want to take my life. What I personally am doing is taking FMLA leave for work for 4 months (have an...

    Lawn Maintenance As Service

    EXECUTION
Nice work so far! I'm working on getting into lawn care (currently in pressure washing/gutter cleaning), but one of the things with these outdoor service businesses thats kind of a POA is that they're really weather dependent (I made $1000 yesterday pressure washing and had to re-schedule all my...

Starting (and Fastlaning) a lawn care service business

    GOLD! HOT!
Johnny, I'm curious what's working best for you at the start of this season advertising wise. So far using slybroadcast and dropping voicemails or sending out mass texts to last years clients has been effective for me. I'm doing mainly one off jobs (pressure washing, gutter cleaning, gutter...

Buying a Client List and Rights to Company Name

    EXECUTION
So I'm a bit confused on this - you're wanting to pitch 4 services to these 1700 clients or one service? Have you done these services or have work experience in them before? Or running a service based business at all? If not, then you likely don't see why this guy is trying to stick to one...

Martial Arts, Combat Sports, Self-Defense Systems - What Do You Practice?

    HOT! OFF-TOPIC
I wrestled for a few years in high school and do kickboxing and jiu-jitsu right now. For self defense I own a handgun which I practice with regularly. Looking into a rifle right now for home defense but I live in a relatively safe area so it's not a pressing concern. Overall I know enough to...

Do you have low energy everyday when it comes to work or business?

    MINDSET
Usually if you have extreme lethargy there's an underlying reason.. for me I was very vitamin D insufficient (I live in the midwest) and I took a hard knee to the nose in jiu jitsu a few years ago that deviated my septum resulting in sleep apnea. Once I started treating those two conditions, my...

Is it worth paying $1,200 a month for rent, when I only make $2,800 a month?

    MINDSET
I was in a very similar situation (except I had some family issues and had to leave my house). My best advice? Stay at your current house, but rent a small office or get a coworking space. Not only will you have a dedicated place to do your work, but all you'll need to do at home is eat, shower...

Mental Health, Depression, ADD Discussion Thread

    NOTABLE! CHAT
You have extremely valid points, especially that labelling yourself with a certain mental disorder is actually more harmful than helpful. Unfortunately, for a majority of people going to therapy (probably 99% or more), they will never live up to even 50% of their full potential and are...

CHECKLIST: How to Start a Digital Marketing Agency & Hit $5K in Less than 90 Days

    GOLD! MARKETING
Hi Sean, You talked about the best kind of agency to start right now would be an ad leads conversion agency - so you'd use something like click funnels to set up a funnel, then run google ads (?) to that click funnel site, then automate it so it's sending the leads right to your client? If I...
