Scaling and automating cleaning business, "Uber" of Cleaning

    SCALING EXECUTION
Tonnes of this stuff around. Here in Australia there are guys in India setting this kind of thing up and actually even posting them as jobs on job platforms but it's not that successful. People can smell it a mile away. I actually don't like the idea for a number of reasons, one being the poor...

How To Go From a Scarcity To an Abundance Mindset. This changed my life.

    GOLD! HOT! MINDSET
This in particular has helped me. I went way too far into penny pinching mode during my first year of operating and not enough time spent on focussing more on growth. I have seen where some people think having an abundance mindset means acting and spending like you are already a millionaire lol...

Alex Hormozi. What is your opinion? Mine is (mostly) negative.

    GURUS
I'm only posting this for a bit of levity, I do like Alex's content even though I cringe when I hear 20 year olds I used to work with that watch his stuff talk about being a billionaire. But I thought this impression was great  View: https://youtube.com/shorts/7c6KMqjvetE?si=9aRJqbe-hdONJoO_

Been working a lot on this the last week. Really shocking to me to realise just how bad I was before even this beginning stage. Holy hell.

    Starting a carpet cleaning business

    NOTABLE! HOT! EXECUTION
Those 2 are great, also The Clean Up is a great carpet cleaning group still small enough that there's zero negativity but big enough that there's some great content.

Gemma completely but Murph may limp for life unfortunately. I thought the picture was funny though lol. The doofus wanted her own cone of shame so bad we had to give her an airplane pillow so she wasn't jealous

Thanks for posting this, I needed to hear it at the moment. I'm not big into meditation but I checked out the Ian Stanley stuff and really enjoyed it. Short and sweet.

Have not been doing any travel or hobbies really since starting my commercial cleaning business almost a year ago, but a good chunk of that time was also spent watching over the dogs. Murphy, in the cage, had cruciate ligament surgery and Gemma kept trying to nose herself into the cone whenever...

I've been hearing good things about b1g1 "buy one give one" helping businesses do this effectively. Looks really interesting. Been around for ages so probably old news here but the first time I've heard about it was a few weeks ago lol. Home - B1G1: Business For Good

    Has anyone here raised capital?

    QUESTION
Quitting traditional social media as a user is so different to using it as a tool to sell to users. I always find it so strange when people say they can't quit social media because they need it for their business.

Alex Hormozi. What is your opinion? Mine is (mostly) negative.

    GURUS
Of course there is something for him at the end, but I don't think it's at the expense of anyone taking his free content, now or in the future.

I have a friend who swears by this, but whenever he starts to have negative thoughts or is struggling with someone or something with his business, he says to himself "cancel cancel" and moves on from it. I tried it, didn't really work for me. But swapping the word cancel with gumballs actually...
