The Sleep Thread: How to Sleep Better, Live Better

    CHAT HEALTH
I never drink coffee after 12 but usually cut off after my 2nd at 8am. But, I've never had better sleep than when I've done the odd month where I've quit completely. Plus blackout room, cold aircon. I've been drinking a tonne of water as my job is pretty physical sometimes but man do I pay...

Can you use your audio from TMF and have the new books done in your voice? I personally found it cool that it was the author doing the audio.

Figuring Out Google Business Profiles (GBP)

    MARKETING
I heard Gemini has been busy the last week banning a bunch of bogus maps listings. Hopefully they are finally able to clean it up but I feel bad for the people that are genuine and will no doubt get mixed up.

Fact or fiction: Do entrepreneurs and business owners ACTUALLY have a “self-improvement-esque” routines?

    QUESTION
Ha, I met so many "biohacker" digital nomads over the last ten years that had a stupidly long morning routine. It was never the guys actually doing well though.

There's another video of a young rock climber easily matching 2 bodybuilders lifts. Although after the fake weights videos I didn't bother finding the video to share it lol.

My Indonesian girlfriend was joking around saying she was going to call 911 on me for splashing pool water at her. I asked her what the emergency number for police is here and she couldn't stop laughing lol. The only thing that matters is if you have cash.

For kicks I went back and read your opening post and you mention branding. Curious to know your thoughts now on how important you feel it is now that it's been 7 years. Have you ever hired a professional to help you with your branding?

When I was learning Muay Thai ages ago, they used to finish the class by doing clinch work. I often used to get paired up with a guy almost a foot taller than me that was drenched in sweat by the end of class and because of the height difference his armpit would sometimes completely cover my...

VOTE: What marketing medium worked on you, and you bought?

    MARKETING
Ive never bought anything from a social media ad, and I've always had social media. Not entirely sure why. I don't trust it probably being the main reason. I also don't really buy stuff as I prefer to spend money on travelling. The only things I've bought in the last year are things like a...

Reviews by far number 1 for me. When I was helping a friend for a month with his service biz after he had surgery, he had a lot of people approach him due to his wrapped work van which was one of the best I've seen. But it was nothing in comparison to the calls he got from having hundreds of...

    BUYING BOOMER BUSINESSES

    IDEA
Would be interesting to have this turn into a thread discussing strategies for taking over businesses from people wanting to retire and are happy with vendor financing and similar setups. I think I have heard Zane @ZCP talk about this on his YouTube channel.

Cold emailing is f*cking annoying from the business owners POV

    ASSERTION
I set up a filter in Gmail years and years ago, can't even remember how, but anything with the word "subscription" in the email goes straight to this folder. I just check it every few days to make sure nothing important slipped through.

I'm not trying to be funny and this is going to sound strange considering I'm Australian and we have a lot of dangerous wildlife, but I'm actually pretty freaked out about bears. Places like Yosemite look amazing but I'm legitimately scared of bears.

F*ck I love this thread  Super motivating for me. I have to admit, I was surprised when I read you were thinking about 50% margins. I could grab quality clients at 30 maybe 35 but would struggle with 50 unless they were suuuper small.

I was kind of waiting for this book to be mentioned here. I heard a LOT of really good talk about it, but funny you mention the coaching thing as it was brought up by a business coach I know that was actually going to a Kerwin Rae event lol. She's an excellent coach though who has built and...
