    Axiom's Supplement Company

    EXECUTION
Question is: Would you buy a supplement from a guy like you if you knew his back story like this. If you would, great. If you wouldn't.. So yeah, it is a fine line I guess. Responsibility vs Paralysis.. tough to balance..

[Idea] Find out what visitors think about your site almost in seconds. Your thoughts?

    IDEA
A big competitor here is those programs that record user screens and how they act on the site. That's big value... those work. This might work but is not a guaranteed idea.. But if you can do a fast MVP, run with it and just get it out!

50/50 Partnership, but not 50/50 effort (no LLC, no profits yet)

    PEOPLE
Value is being created not by time only. He might be giving you more value in an hour (creating great marketing, bringing sponsorships etc) than you do in two. Depends on what he does and how much impact that has on bottom line, not just hours. The whole point of MF book was to stop counting...

Hmm.. honestly, this is a serious industry.. health isn't a joke so, just jumping in doesn't seem right to me. Bit irresponsible.. So I do think someone has to be knowing a lot of stuff to provide value instead of just reselling formulas.. Much to learn and this evolve fast with lots of...

Just keep doing the boring stuff until you get more sales of books. Then with more budget you can outsource publishing parts to service companies. More importantly, might be the time to target genre actually. I'm all about passion business but that still means you need to match it to what...

[Insider Call] How to Kick a$$ with Facebook Marketing

    MARKETING
What kind of ad are you running? Maybe it would be better to run a Video and promote a post. FB loves videos and videos are more likely to get shared.

Yeah, it can be burnout and book covers might be too big of a creation but you got some experience now so you can either do covers for a living and start charging $100 or do other stuff. PM me some samples you did.

Pick a skill and develop it to a world class level. Best way to start earning money is to specialise. Start even on Fiverr and just get money from there doing small jobs building clientele. If you have actual skills and fail to market them, then learn marketing.

Yeah, it's a fine line and probably will need some good testing to find the right mix. I'd read up on Amazon.com reviews for Productivity/Procrastination books and Dan Kennedy's copy for his related product (I think he has something related, Time Management book for sure).

Have to disagree.. Your suggestions are way too fluffy and broad. Procrastination is a specific thing so it's way better than 'grow' etc. Do agree on observation about 'Startup' word, it is a repellant word for some who consider themselves 'bootstrappers' or 'location independent' etc. Maybe...

Any tips for building an Instagram following in a profitable way?

    MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA
+1 I was doing small testing with Instagram and just posting my designs would get no results, but if I added hashtags, I'd get Likes and some Follows seconds after that. Hashtags are powerful.

Building BETTER processes? Could use some advice

    EXECUTION
Only 20 mins a day is really bad idea. 1hr a day is small.. if you're afraid of burnout you're either impatient and have to seriously work on that or you picked a very wrong thing to learn (maybe you don't like coding then and it would be much better if you picked some process you actually enjoy).
