Making $500 Per Month on New Adsense Site (But That's Not The Major Win)

    MARKETING
30% of the price? Haha I was hoping this wouldn't be the case for such prices. Thanks for sharing man. You gonna sell the website? 10x or maybe 15x if you sold through Empire Flippers.. Nice amount of cash. Probably the Bly reason why I could get back into niche sites.

First Time Buyer! - (Choices Choices!!)

    REAL ESTATE
Depends on how much rent you would be paying too. If you can get your mortgage smaller than your rent would be.. f..it, I'd probably do it. But if the price is the same, not worth it.

Importance of a blog on eCommerce site?

    MARKETING
If you started a shop or a restaurant, you'd be cleaning toilets first etc.. good or bad doesn't really have much to do with it. You can ditch what you're bad at once you have some stable income, but it takes some time. That's why everyone doesn't have their own business. :) Good, hope they...

What's the point of buying it if you will change your rent with mortgage payments(likely higher ones too).. Rent a cheap place, and put the money into scaling he business or starting another one. Being a single guy, why buy a condo now?

Running a biz will always be juggling multiple things, get used to it. And advertising isn't really cheap always, AdWords can be a disaster... I forgot to mention few podcasts about e commerce: Build Your Online Store with Terry Lin and podcast by Andrew Yuoderian (google his site). Those will...

#NewRules -Fastlane for the next generation of entrepreneurs?

    EXECUTION
Where is your progress thread? Where are lists of things you've done and stats of visits etc? You seem like delusional little boy now. Execute and take advice, or get off the forum. You want to rebel, do it against average people, not a forum where successful people hang out. Pick your fight right..

    Progress Thread: Fiction eBooks

    EXECUTION
Good stuff, specialize first, build up the name and then you can expand into other genres, once the money is coming in. Check out www.killer-thrillers.com, site specifically for the genre. They do interviews with writers in the genre too so it can be good source of ideas/knowledge.

    1. I kind of like it, because it's a valuable skill that can be leveraged for multiple projects and businesses in the future. You don't need to be the best at it either. 2. Sure is, but the program is expensive too. But not saying it's bad or anything, it seems like a good program. Dude knows...

Yes, because he's selling it. You can't manage what you don't know at all. I've went into businesses where I had no chops at all. Didn't workout well. You need to have at least basic understanding of how coding works, you can speak to your hired developer better in this case. Less risk of...

It can be fastlane. You can outsource the work easily and can leverage your brand created for many things in the niche. So even if the exact business had a ceiling, you can then expand and use trust created for new businesses. Wouldn't call it new trend because curation has been written about...
