    How do you scale a trades business when it is basically impossible to find qualified employees

    Could you train new ones? Maybe have an apprenticeship program? Teach them exactly how you would do it, and build a solid team from newbies. Just put an ad out basically saying "no qualifications required, you just need to be a hard worker and have a growth mindset."
