Reading biographies gives insight on the PROCESS instead of the EVENT

    MINDSET
Agree 110%. Most people around us revere people at there EVENT stage. Nobody thinks deeper as to what all the PROCESSES involved that led upto that event. It actually pisses me off, but hey, that's life and this is human nature.

    Work balance during weekends

    HOT! MINDSET
I love these kinds of comments and I agree BUT how do you handle it when you have a partner? Women demand attention. PS: I have a 8-5pm, I work 2-3 hrs per day, nothing Saturdays, then about 4 to 6 hrs Sundays. (I do however take meetings etc ANYTIME as the things we have lesser controls over...

How many Business Failures did you have before success?

    NOTABLE! CHAT
I find that 'in Steve Jobs words', we can only really connect the dots looking back. As we are consumed in our journey we sometimes forget to look back. Ive had carwashes, tutoring, furniture selling business, all I consider failures, lets hope my current fastlane attempts are much more fruitful...

I want to create a website to connect boys and girls. In my country, getting married requires money and finding a suitable partner is very difficult.

    MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA WEB DESIGN
Well, I think, firstly, explain a bit why it is difficult? I know you briefly mentioned money. If you want to connect boys and girls then the problem statement will be important. Will this require another Tinder (Chinese version maybe?) etc.

An impressive business thread, for new FLs to steal ideas!

    NOTABLE! EXECUTION
I see you overall point and I hear it BUT i can't help but think that this 'no date flex' benefits only the service provider as expenses will be reduced. Ofcourse the discount to the client is paramount however I'm uncertain if it's enouhg value for me. 1. I'm in a residential complex/cluster...

    Dating as a Fastlaner

    HOT! MINDSET
You're welcome. One more thing....my gf is not 'the fastlane type' HOWEVER she seeing my progress over the years, she does root for me, and she waits for the day I 'make it;. In fact just yesterday she made this comment "It's so amazing where you have come, I remember when you were writing all...

    Dating as a Fastlaner

    HOT! MINDSET
Finding the right partner is very hard. As much as we want someone on our path, the ideal one is also on their path. Life is not binary, actually it is more analog. I think of life like this: Focus less on things you only have partial control over. Relationships give you only 50% of control...

NY Resolutions? No, try making a 1/5/10 Planasy

    MINDSET
Great, thanks MJ. Appreciate the reply. To date I have been working on getting it done during the day even when not sequence specific.

NY Resolutions? No, try making a 1/5/10 Planasy

    MINDSET
I have a question. In the older version planner, MY ONE THING TO DO must be done before MY PRIMARY TO DOs. However, oftentimes I find that my long term goal work happens late at night aftr my 9 to 5 job. This means that it is not possible to do the former before the latter. Anyone else realise...

Watch Me Build a Startup [12 Month Progress Thread]

    EXECUTION
@Kirk84 So what you have demonstrated here is exactly what is needed to succeed ie. The boring, every day random, 'I don't feel like' attitude and feelings we all go through. Most of the journey as I have discovered, is this mundane persisitence and discipline which are 2 of the key...

You just won a million dollars: What now?

    QUESTION
A million dollars in South African ZAR gets me over 19 million ZAR. With current interest rates, the bank will give me more than twice my current earned salary if I just collect the earned interest alone. (With my current salary, I live above average, I eat out, own a home, a reliable car, eat...

What kind of stuff ? I don't think Tate cares what he teaches where. Every video of his is quite honest.

    I Keep Falling Off

    MINDSET
There are 2 things at play here: 1. You inadvertently know you eventually want freedom, to escape the rat race & be the best you can. But you realise that getting this requires sacrifice; sacrifice you not willing to fully give up on JUST yet. 2. The problem is AGE is related to many aspects...

That's interesting. So the content is a stepping stone so to speak. Honestly, after reading all MJ's books & joining this forum, I have never come across another method that hsnt alrdy been discussed in length here. Personally I dislike any points of view that show you how to make money from...

Out of interest, how is it joining Andrew Tate's TRW? Although I agree with a lot of his views on the world & admire his advice re the matrix, I find his methods being taught very different to the ones he has used to gain freedom. In fact, much like many other gurus, who want to sell you courses...

BREAKING NEWS: The Mexican Fisherman has filed for bankruptcy.

    GOLD! MINDSET
MY philosophy --> If money doesn't buy happiness, you just aren't making enough:-) Also, people miss the critical word from "money doesn't buy you happiness" --> It should be "money CAN buy you happiness"

I very well remember reading this in Unscripted. Been saying this for years, the more I say it the more people think I'm weird, hurts the most when those closest to me say it. Just another reason why I love this forum.

Entrepreneurship and dating - can they coexist?

    MINDSET
I like this comment about what we all seek in a partner. I also enjoyed @MJ DeMarco mathematical response. For me, I have dated a lot over the years, I guess it's also hard to find someone who even fits 70% of your "tickbox".
