How can I identify and validate a niche for a micro SaaS while balancing a 9-to-5 job?
IDEA SAAS / APPS FEEDBACKHow far would you go when you talk about 'plagiarizing'? Is there a rule of thumb to ensure that you don’t overdevelop and go beyond the MVP? I would appreciate it if you could explain this more clearly with examples. Thank you!- Gilli

Is Higher edjucation really a "waste of time"?
MINDSET QUESTIONAs a trained mechanic, I recommend starting with car repairs and then specializing in trucks. The reasoning lies in the type of customers: In the B2C sector (cars), you often deal with private customers who tend to haggle over every cent and can sometimes be difficult to work with. These...- Gilli

Moral Compass in Wealth
CHATHow do you differentiate in your case when you choose to help? Let’s assume you have 100 dollars in your hand, which are exclusively available for donation. How do you decide who will receive this money? How do you find inner peace with the decision to say, “One person will get it, but the other...- Gilli

Moral Compass in Wealth
CHATTherefore, my anger towards these governments keeps growing because they speak of hypocrisy and do exactly the opposite. The majority of the money is not being used where it is most needed. The state should actually be the greatest philanthropist, but the exact opposite is the case. It is always...- Gilli

Moral Compass in Wealth
CHATI've been thinking about a topic for some time now, and it's about how to come to terms with oneself when one is wealthy and yet increasingly aware of the suffering in this world. With the growing population, the number of very poor people and the animals being exploited ever more cruelly also...- Gilli

I quit vaping, and so should you.
HEALTHI have not smoked for about 15 years and have never relapsed. I started smoking when I was just 14, and when I think about how foolish I was in that regard, it makes me feel sick. What I did to my brain and lungs in my youth, and how it limited other areas of my life, is truly sad. I would never...- Gilli

Have You Become a Delusional Knowledge Zombie?
MINDSET NEWSLETTERYou should do it, as a compliment will certainly do her good and help her maintain her discipline. Maybe you could also tell her about GoalSumo and how it could help her continue pursuing her goals – as long as it doesn’t come across like a sales pitch.- Gilli

What are your biggest missed opportunities?
MINDSETI actually never really thought about it because I always applied the concept of asymmetry only to big and more important things. Do all your decisions in life, whatever you do, always follow this principle, whether they are big or small?- Gilli

What are your biggest missed opportunities?
MINDSETA few weeks ago, when I was reading the book by Felix Dennis, there was a section in which he said one should take some time to think about all the opportunities they have missed because fear got in the way. An example I had on Sunday was when I was driving through the city and had to stop at a...- Gilli

GOLD! HOT! IDEAAlarm Clock with External Sound System Problem: I always had the problem that when the alarm clock rang, I would get up, run to the clock, and turn it off. The lifestyle, hobbies, and fun thread.
HOT! CHATHere are some photos of my home and one of my biggest hobbies. I love having a perfect lawn and a formally trimmed garden. When I was in the Bordeaux region 15 years ago and saw the châteaus there, I knew I wanted something like that too. I can't express how fulfilling it is for me to mow the...- Gilli

How did MJ pay rent while building his business?
INTROYou must not think about how to quit your job and slaughter your milk-giving cow. Instead, you should think about how you can gain more time and build your business without it becoming a time constraint. That's why I chose the software business, because I can work on my dream immediately after...- Gilli
