    IDEA
Right , because Madrid wasn't properly designed. Its been awhile since I looked st the numbers but they've studied this in depth and a city like Manhatten new york is just leaps and bounds more friendly on the environment then those same people spread out in small communities. Even with food and...

Idea brainstorming around a this problem: overconcentration of population

    IDEA
Concentration of humans is much more eco friendly actually. The solution youre looking for will be urban planning and development , a lot of futurists are looking at this , rooftop gardens for instance but really anything to help a place seem less cluttered. Affordability is a problem thats...

Am I right in thinking that the BIGGEST / BEST secrets to wealth are still a secret?

    MINDSET
Or you realize your ROI is xyz for abc amount of hours if you work the plan but you can package it as a business course and call yourself a guru and make 5x that amount for 1/20th of the work. Dont chase business models , thats money chasing.

    HOT! IDEA
No one said it had to tick every box. Let me ask you , do you have enough income coming in right now that you dont trade time for to pay all your bills? If not then that sort of opens up a lot of possibilities doesn't it? You dont need a business that will make you 10 million in 6 years , you...

I think it needs some metric for how much a sale or the lifetime value of a customer is Single digit? 4 digits? Etc Otherwise some of the other metrics are skewed (like with my SaaS business where upkeep is minimal , reproduction is free and it cost at least 100k but the score got brought down...

    PEOPLE
This is a huge thing for me right now , one trap i've found is i'll read some blogs about some concept thats actually fundamental to my business and I need to know how to implement and then...instead of doing it myself first I immediately out of laziness try to outsource it. Time to shake things up: Universal Basic Income?

    OFF-TOPIC
Negative income tax makes more sense but even that its far too soon. Like I understand having Yang run now opens up the door to move the overton window on the topic so its more easily discussed in the mainstream down the line but uhm...what jobs exactly are being replaced by automation right...

What business would you start if you had a ranch?

    HOT! SIDE HUSTLE
great, ok so contact some of the owners of these venues and tell them what you have , private land that they could use for special events , i'd also try to get a hold of someone who does sound and maybe a more "underground' event promoter (you'll have to search social media for this), see if...
