    Thanks for your responses guys. How does buying an ecommerce site work? Do they just tell their suppliers to ship to the new buyer after sale is complete? And then you are responsible for warehousing, order fulfilment, shipping/distribution?

    On the flipside of the coin, the money could have been invested in Enron, Worldcom, etc. Any time you make an equity-based investment, you risk the chance of losing it all, yes that includes penny stocks. Caveat emptor.
