    I started lifting seriously the beginning of senior year of highschool. My bench 5 x 5 started at 125 lbs. By the 2nd month of college, I was reppin 225 in sets of ten. I had a phenomally perfect diet. Post back surgery =(, I do 3 sets of 135 at 20 reps. No clue what I can lift today.
