HOT! IDEAHey haters, OP never once asked for money. He merely stated he had none. Is everyone so jaded on these forums they refuse to take of their pink sunglasses?- ilrein

Live Rent Free in Multiple Countries
NOTABLE! REAL ESTATE@GlobalWealth love your articles. Since Airbnb became a thing, this has been a topic that has been tossed around with my fellow freedom-minded friends. What if you could buy properties overseas, have a place to crash when you visit, and just rent it out 95% of the time when you're not there...- ilrein

EXECUTIONHey FL'ers! I've soft launched a simple idea: get a motivational quote everyday. Here's the site I literally just put it up today. This is truly an exercise in producing a barebones MVP. Nothing but ONE GOOD quote a day. That's it.- ilrein

App Development - Pushing the Snowball Downhill
EXECUTIONI wasn't making any implications about your financial standing, I was merely pointing out that his asking price seems to be conspicuously low. Although, it could be reasonable for a solo freelancer, it isn't the kind of price tag I look at with fear/respect. For this reason, I recommended to be...- ilrein

App Development - Pushing the Snowball Downhill
EXECUTIONJust cuz you know the dev is going to use Java on Webstorm or Eclipse doesn't mean you have a realistic chance of building it yourself. TBH, $2k is dirt cheap for an app. I think if you expect a production-tier application that you're used to seeing, you will probably be disappointed. Then...- ilrein

Wordpress or Coding from scratch
WEB/DIGITALSimilar to Magic or Alfred? There are some contact widgets that can make a WP site seem realtime-ish. If your dream is an app like one of the mentioned, the WP site could only be the informational site, not the backend for a realtime chat application.- ilrein

You are Rich and barely have to work -What do now with all the freetime?
HOT! PEOPLE@jlwilliams that is a very cool idea. I was the least likely person to start a charitable organization before you depicted its tax upside. Not to mention, all those socialist-altruists -- that society is ridden with these days, will sing your praises. Sounds like a solid plan actually.- ilrein
