    I love traveling too, but that time will come when I have more of a means to travel. Right now I am scaling my business and it requires a ton of time and money, so traveling is not in my budget. But in two years when I have created a money tree and have more time? That's a different story.

    It doesn't work for everyone, but a great option to realize your equity is to sell your house and rent an apartment until the housing market goes back down. Who knows how long you'll be waiting though.
