What is the best Skill to have to get Rich?
HOT!MAN, I wish I had encountered leaders in my past the way you describe them. I know they're out there! I'll add that good leaders grow the business and take care of their key workers. Out of the ten so called leaders I've encountered in my life (give or take), only ONE fits the bill of what...- Real Deal Denver

Coping with serious disabilities?
HOT! MINDSETWhat. An. Awesome. Post. If you're not a counselor of some type Bloomer, you are missing your calling. I had three counselors two years ago, and occasionally still spit when I think of them. I tied so very hard to explain what I needed and why. They had their own agenda, which did more harm...- Real Deal Denver

I started a business and now I'm doubting it
HOT!Been there, done that. That's why I'm here. You need a plan. I work hard in my job, but go round in circles. I go fast but get nowhere. So I have a couple of things I'm working on. I have a new horizon that I'm moving towards. Now, my job is a vehicle that is going to get me there -...- Real Deal Denver

What is the best Skill to have to get Rich?
HOT!This is so true, and made my day! I laughed at this out loud - how'd you know? I'm very technical, and I've had the most clueless bosses (and some of the very best too) you can't even imagine. Some people are... well... you can't fix stupid. BTW, the best people in the different depts. I...- Real Deal Denver

What is the best Skill to have to get Rich?
HOT!Zsa Zsa Gabor put it best. She said she was an excellent house keeper. She said that every time she got a divorce she kept the house. She was married nine times. As she said...- Real Deal Denver

Avengers: Infinity War Discussion
OFF-TOPICFor a much better movie in IMAX, see Rampage. It's out now. I think you'll agree that Dwayne Johnson delivers like nobody else can. If there is ANY movie to see in IMAX, this is the one! I liked it better than the Marvel fare that is just getting too far out of hand. Don't be late - the...- Real Deal Denver

Avengers: Infinity War Discussion
OFF-TOPICYou are absolutely right. This came out very wrong. It was not what I meant. What I meant to say was, can someone have a different opinion and not be ganged up on and called an idiot? This happens so often on the internet with the oh so brave keyboard warriors out there. I'm glad this forum...- Real Deal Denver

I have an original product idea. Which of these pathways to take?
IDEAAfter your due diligence, I assume this product will have a moderate demand. If the only thing holding you back is the money to engineer it, finance it. You can finance a 10,000 loan for $858 a month (edited earlier mistake here) at 5.5 interest for one year. Or cut that payment down by...- Real Deal Denver

Business planning for accidental death?
Credit Unions offer their members ridiculously low rates on accidental death insurance. I think it is a loss leader to find potential clients. But the terms of payment are very restricted. It has to involve a vehicle of some sort - a car, public transportation, and plane travel is included...- Real Deal Denver

Avengers: Infinity War Discussion
OFF-TOPICWay way way overdone. Ten stories in one. This was a saga. On and on and on. Doctor Octopus in Spiderman was a much better movie. A study in how to make a truly great super hero movie. Focused - much more action (ratio to the entire movie) - and much more exciting. How long was this...- Real Deal Denver

Think Big, and Then Think Bigger Than That.
GOLD!I'm in a career that is in the process of being automated by computers (real estate appraising). It may not be replaced entirely, but computers are going to hamper growth. Because of this, it has become a dead end job. This is not the first time something like this has happened, so I'm no fan...- Real Deal Denver

Pevo goals are engineered 100% better, last longer, more durable, come in 5 pieces (user friendly), and are a fraction of the price. People just dont know about them! Recent Chemical Engineer Grad
INTROJobs exist so you can do the things you enjoy. The better the job, the more money you make, and the more you have to enjoy life. How do I expand? Whats next? Overwhelmed.
I used to coach soccer, so I know and love the game. I'm far from being a good web designer, but I have built a few websites over the years. Here are my basic suggestions ~ 1) Your site is akin to buying tires for a car. Informative, yes. Boring, absolutely. This is as plain vanilla as it...- Real Deal Denver

I Need Advice: Has Anyone Here Own a Salon or Barbershop?
I think this is an excellent fast lane business. It can run on auto-pilot without the owner even being present. The money is good - and it's an ongoing need. Hits a pretty high score for what I'd like. Get 3 or 4 of em, and manage them from somewhere on a south pacific island? I like it!- Real Deal Denver
