    Hustle VS. Job: Discuss!

    SIDE HUSTLE
It doesn't seem like everyone here is answering his question. He said hustle in the sense of generating cashflow, i.e. flipping items, freelancing, plowing driveways, helping people move, etc. Some people are taking hustle to just mean "work hard on your fastlane business"... which should...

    Should I Build My Credit?

    HOT!
I got my first credit card in May (2013) with a credit limit of $500. After a few months it was automatically upped to $750. A few days ago I put in a request for another $250 increase (looking to build my credit score, plus I've got some big purchases coming up in January). For some stupid...

2013 Year in Review: How'd you do?

    OFF-TOPIC
2013 has been a huge transitional year for me. Most importantly, I realized there's no way I could be an employee for 40 years. I quit my job on 12/19/2013. It probably wasn't the most prudent decision but I just really couldn't stand the high amount of stress for such shitty pay...

Fastest hosting companies? Anyone use bluehost? Which one do you use?

    WEB/DIGITAL
I use Bluehost. The service is quick and the pricing is competitive. They have yet to give me a reason to switch.

    Safely Hustling?

    HOT!
I live 20 minutes from Reading, PA. It's been voted the worst small city in America. It's where 75% of my Craigslist deals go down. DennisDuty gave a bunch of great advice. Follow that, and you should be fine. The most important thing is location. The police station is a brilliant idea...

    Commandment of Control hit youtubers

    EXECUTION
Most of these companies aren't claiming videos though, it's an error due to YouTube having automated bots claim copyrighted content. In my head it's sort of like people that rely on Google SEO suddenly getting screwed over. You need to have control.

Holy Scam Batman! (Pricing and Profit Discussion)

    RANT
The last time I went to the movies, I bought a large popcorn, large soda, and a box of Raisinets. It cost me $15. I could have gone to the grocery store 1/4 mile down the road and had all of that same food for <$3. But I wasn't scammed. I knew exactly what I would be receiving in exchange...

    Fastlane Insiders Renewal Problem?

Forgive me if I missed it and the Insiders forum is currently down as a result of the forum renovations. My Insiders subscriptions was supposed to renew last week (automatically). I think I'm on the 3 month auto-renew cycle. The money came out of my bank account on November 26, but now when I...

What do you hate about eBay and Amazon?

I've never sold on Amazon, only purchased. The buying experience there is top notch, Amazon Prime is a great program everyone should take advantage of (for only like $60 a year it's sooo worth it.) Now eBay on the other hand I can't tell you the last time I bought something, but I do sell...

I bought a Supercar and got a lot of slowlane lessons...

    GOLD! MINDSET SLOWLANE
That Viper just looks so mean, congratulations! May even get to see it out on the open road if you're in Philly, that's only an hour away. Drive fast, take chances. :coolgleamA: (and stay safe- taming the Viper sounds like a tough task)

    buying a muscle car

    HOT! MINDSET
I disagree. Anyone worth 2 shits wants to know what you can do for them, and how much money you can make them. If someone is going to not take a 19 year old seriously because he drives a 2003 Dodge than they aren't the type of worthwhile people you want to collaborate with anyway. I...

    buying a muscle car

    HOT! MINDSET
I bought an Audi for this reason- the perceived look. Probably one of the dumbest decisions I've ever made. Any business partners that judge you by your car aren't worth shit. They want to know about how you can help them. Not about how you can do 0-60 in 4 seconds. When this was about...

(Poll) What should new gym members learn before joining a gym?

Anything that I can't get at home is going to interest me. I've got a treadmill, weight bench, etc. So if you want me to pay to work out at your gym, give me everything I don't have at home. Really "wow" me with it so it's impossible for me to justify working out in my basement's sub-par...

    Do you value money?

    MINDSET
You are right, that's from TMF. It's one of my biggest takeaways. That, and understanding that having a million dollars does not make you part of the fastlane. Someone that's broke but understands the value of money is more fastlane than a lottery winner who's going to piss it all away. If...
