    NOTABLE! HOT! BOOKS CHAT
Clear Thinking - Shane Parrish. Although I have been slow finishing it. I gotta be more discipline about reading books. But in my defense, this doesnt directly solve the problem facing me right now as per MJ said.

Great move MJ. The fact that you put up with the nonsense for a long time is beyond words. I just know about this today, as I don't visit here regularly this year as I tend to 'action faking' and have a bad habit of easily going into the rabbit hole. Usually, I just wait your post on Telegram...

    Your Biggest Lesson from 2023...?

    HOT! MINDSET
My biggest lesson for 2023 is consistency wins. Do the unsexy, 'stupid', foundational work, consistently. One step at a time. Step by step. Being consistent can be hard, but it can be easy, and it can be hard again. I learned it now. Better late than never..

What was the most critical mind shift for you?

    HOT! MINDSET
Proud to do hard things. If it is easy, everyone would do it. And you are not trying to be everyone. And you know what is hard? Being consistent.

Is starting a business with a bunch of money in the bank harder (or more risky) than desperation fueled boot-strapping?

    MINDSET QUESTION
I second this. This seems like a simple advice. But I learned this the hard way for sure. Just put em away as @amp0193 said, then think with whatever you left with.
