What's the best way to study maths?

    HOT!
Your ability to learn a topic is heavily correlated to your "PURPOSE" behind learning it. If you believe that math is pointless, you're not at all likely to learn what you're studying. You're not math dyslexic, you just don't have a clearly defined purpose and in turn prevent yourself from...

What's the best way to study maths?

    HOT!
This. I'm getting the same exact vibe from @hoponthebop. He wants to trick himself into thinking that he did everything he could. Bullshit. He needs to sit down and put in the hard work of actually solving problems and figuring out where he's stuck; then ironing out what he doesn't know until...

What's the best way to study maths?

    HOT!
Did you follow along with a pencil, calculator and paper? Basically: 1. See the Problem. 2. If you think you can solve it, then solve it. 3. If you can't solve it, then watch the solution. 4. Rewind to the start of the problem. 5. Try to solve the problem by showing all of your work the exact...

How do i create trust in the fastlane for my slowlane girlfriend?

    HOT! SLOWLANE PEOPLE
@Charnell hits the point right on the head. Imagine this is your girlfriend: She's not a super model, but she's pretty, has an average body, and is doing ok. She's happy with where she's at. Now, the guy on the left is you currently: He's fat. Out of shape. A physical embarrassment...

Great Article on Stress MGMT for Entrepreneurs

    MINDSET
The guy in the article was staying up until 3am partying after working all day. A mix of alcohol, caffeine, and lack of sleep. It's not hard to see why he eventually collapsed. I agree with most of what's in the article, but disagree on hitting the snooze button. Get enough sleep. Take care of...

    How to detect deceitful people

    HOT!
The easiest way to identify deceit is to look from that person's perspective. What's their incentive? Are they a freelance copywriter that seems to be bragging about how many clients they have and how huge their business is? If so, are you a potential client of theirs that they can swindle...

It seems like you're chasing too many ideas and spreading yourself too thin. My advice: Get a job. With your skills, you should be able to get $100k+ in this economy. Then spend your free time and excess cash finding out which one of these three ideas you want to run with before quitting...

International Sales: Bringing Factories + Buyers Together

    EXECUTION
We decided to push forward on quartz distribution regardless of factory representation buy-in. I bought a semi-truck with a crane and trailer for slabs. Hopefully get it on the road running within a month. Just need a driver. Not the business model I wanted, but not a bad business model either...

70% Tax Rate: Bill Burr on Entrepreneurship and Taxes

Worth the listen. I don't agree with 100% of what he's saying, but his points on entrepreneurship and mindset are pretty spot on.

    HOT! IDEA
Alright... Huge rant incoming. Get rid of the plastic where it makes sense, but give me back my freaking straws. A huge recent pet peeve of mine is getting a milkshake, cocktail, or something similar with one of those stupid paper straws. Ten minutes later and the straw is soggy, and the whole...

    Making Money Online with Gambling

    HOT!
I used to make $5-10k a year sports betting. It wasn't worth doing full-time, but could be once sports betting is legalized. Look at betting exchanges where the odds are better. Something like matchbook.com if you're allowed to play there. Let's say the book takes 1%, then all you have to do...
