Thanks for the advice! Using an empty car park plus cans as prop materials should help. I'll set early morning (7.30-8AM) to drive to an empty-ish car park nearby my place to practice (especially parking). That place has a bunch of new shops, but no one has bought or rented any of them. Let's...

If you go to some hyper-urban areas like Bintang Walk, or widely used freeways to go to work, then it IS crappy. These days I drive in not-so urban areas, where peak traffic only lasts an hour or so instead of 2-3 HOURS (like the Kuala Lumpur folks face). I don't mind the occasional faded...

Just a rather negative rant, since I can hardly talk about this to anyone outside TFLF... Seriously, F*ck driving. F*ck those (coaches, friends and sadly, parents) who 'kindly' offer to help you practice driving, and then start backseat-driving, screaming and giving real shitty driving tips...

Guess their search bots got a tad too sensitive... I'm sure there are already a bazillion gurus out there doing Upwork profile reviews...so what's the harm? Sent an email to Upwork on that? Yup, some fasting or even a meal reduction (cut down carbs, meal sizes, number of meals a day) can...

Currently in my local stock portfolio, semiconductor stocks go brr brr...:playful: I think we are just a week or so into Tech Boom Round 2 after last month's corrections...I have plans to sell into strength at my typical 25% target profit, but this time I want to catch a lack of demand signal...

    Should i go to college

    INTRO
Well, I'm from business school from a top Australian university. Majored in Finance and Business Analytics. I got the chance to see what each major (eg business law, finance, accounting, economics, marketing, etc.) offered as everyone in my batch had to take core units for each of the majors...

Nothing much to update here except for some recent posts I wrote on my situation in other threads: I noticed I'm writing more again on TFLF even though I have things to do...guess that's because I don't have many whom I can truly talk with offline...

I just don't know what to do

    RANT
Probably the diet (and maybe lack of exercise) is keeping your mind down, besides the mental disappointment. I wasted the first few years after Fastlane being brought down by similar mind-fog and unregimented diet as well into college. What I did was come up with a series of cheap, but...

    NOTABLE! HOT! BOOKS CHAT
James Altucher mentioned the book Mastering Fear: A Navy SEAL's Guide by Brandon Webb. Has something to say on turning fear into fuel. I thought this book may be similar to David Goggins' tome, but for some reasons, I feel like taking a closer look at the book. Maybe it's because of this week's...

    I sold my stock positions

Thanks for sharing! That being said, stocks aren't a SCRIPTED enemy as long as you know what stocks to choose, and have a plan on how to buy and sell them at ideal times...like trimming a pumpkin patch. MJ has already written some stuff on that and the Paycheck Pot in UNSCRIPTED. I personally...

I feel the first idea would be great. For some manufacturing companies that source multiple parts either from OEM or second-hand vendors, there's lots of purchases and order flows...a smoother invoice system will always be in the demand. The second idea can be easily solved by an Excel...

Now to think of it, I have 5-6 ‘Side Hustle Conventions’ or ‘Side Hustle seminars’ ads popping out on Facebook every time I visit FB... I joined one of them (a free one) for the kicks, and instead of teaching me a skill, they brought in speakers on Google Ads, affiliate marketing, webinars...

Burglars will always find ways as long as they want to steal shit. What we can do is to make things more difficult for them. Use alarms, dogs, guns, whatever... There's this limping guy missing a hand who goes around my usual haunt of eateries, selling insect repellant. And this insect...

How do you get your emails to go to the primary folder?

    MARKETING
What I've seen some email marketers do (and I'd do it as well) is after they hand in their email on the landing page, the prospects get sent to a 'Thank you' page, where on that page, there's a short reminder for them to 'Check to see if my first email to you appears in the spam or Promotions...

Update for 15-21/3/2021 (1) Waking up around 8-9AM daily Woke up late on Mon, Tues and Fri (around 10-11AM) I'm ashamed to say that this is due to 'revenge procrastination'...the days have been real busy until I had little time to relax and wind down in personal time...and that led to me...

I bathe in cold water pretty much every day. Gotten used to it. I don't think I've touched a hot shower or bath over the past year...I found out from a doctor that hot/warm baths actually leaves my skin dry and more prone to eczema breakouts. Although it can wake you up by raising your blood...

Nice! Good to have an update from you finally. Personally, I've had a shitty experience with 100% online college classes, but it was mostly due to the general indifference of the college kids I've had to work with (who may still be numbskulls even before the C0VlD-19 mandates), not the profs or...
