Got my 1st sale! (Drkleo.com)
EXECUTIONI see it differently...this is a good opening to find out why the usual products didn't work for you-- and what actually does. That could be the start of finding your Unique Mechanism--the 'special' thing that makes it click. I have eczema, and went thru quite a number of doctors and steroid...- ZF Lee

HOT! CHATon another note, salt is another heavily criminalised, heavily misunderstood foodstuff. Just as fats is today. View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HnYiK61LaW0 View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMsbl22gQLg We need salt to live. The only question is where we get those salts from...- ZF Lee

In Honor of “Small Business Week,” Let’s Talk About How Small Business Sucks
MINDSETNow new-gen hawkers pay more attention to marketing. Getting folks like Zen Tay (the Andrew Tate of SG) to promote you on Instagram/TikTok, or teach you how to make your own UGC content with simple shots of your own food. Gone are the days where they rely on word-of-mouth. It's probably one of...- ZF Lee

Skipping Bookkeeping? Here’s How You Can Lose Everything
TAXES | REGSThanks for the heads-up, Jaywalker. Recently I started filing tax for the first time. If I had not kept proper invoices and expense records on my Wave app...that would have been a rough experience. Was pretty tempting to write off reporting freelance income and argue it's only...- ZF Lee

On the path of changing my life
INTROWelcome Raven! It's a good sign that you are dissatisfied by life so far. Many folks usually try to force it down by demanding you to be 'grateful for what you have'. But I myself find 'fake gratitude' can be pretty toxic if it doesn't push you to be better. I just came back from a trip to NZ...- ZF Lee

HOT! CHATIf there's one thing good about AI...it makes you ask more questions on the problem at hand. Which might actually bring us forward much further than we think. Speaking of questions...I'm wondering how much research TV folks like Bill O'Reilly did before they speak on stage: So...a country...- ZF Lee

Observations From Around the Globe
OFF-TOPICwow...been years since I was last there. Really enjoyed the city architecture...somehow EU folks find ways to keep historical buildings proper. Went on a food tour there, and the first thing the guide told us was if there were waiters outside the restaurants bugging you to come in...and the...- ZF Lee

HOT! CHATI think we will need more than 25 years to 'reach' adulthood these days. Which is ironic considering we live in one of the most prosperous, comfy times in human history. Maybe we should look to hiring an 'army of specialists' instead of nannies. Expert figures in business, health, faith, etc...- ZF Lee

HOT! CHATNot all big businesses become public-listed corporations. There's the dried meat stall around my place that does 16-20 million every year at Chinese New Year operating in just three states...and they aren't public. HOT! CHATyes...what brings 'value vouchers' in for business. When BlackDragon was still here, one takeaway I got from him was that some capital really helps when we need to hire help. I myself won't be doing my own tax returns (although I keep my receipts records)-- I'll be having an accountant advise...- ZF Lee

HOT! CHATCan agree with having a job or side hustle to support you while you are still in build mode. 10-year timeframe also not too far off. INTROWelcome Henry! Thanks so much for the share, and looking forward to the adventure ahead! ASSERTION SIDE HUSTLEYes it can. At least for lead gen side. Currently working on an email project for lead gen software specially for real estate folks in Singapore haha. Probably the second time I'm doing such an offer. There's probably like 3-5 of them floating out there across the Causeway. For this project...- ZF Lee
