    He started as the janitor. Yes, he made 1 billion dollars (as I am told) off of one real estate deal, simply by solving a need (obviously a very big need). His advice to me, surprisingly simple: find a need, execute the plan, and above all give back to those less fortunate.

    Oh without a doubt. 2015 would be far and way the biggest year for transaction volume if it weren't for one thing...sellers, or lack of. They are holding steady until they see the caps expand and so far that aint happening. There is a huge amount of capital looking that can't find a home...

    Or??? Problem: Colleges cannot increase their revenues, because they cannot get additional students to enroll due to housing or cost of housing related issues. Student housing is in short supply, some urban areas are undeserved. Private arrangements for domestic and exchange are sketchy...

    Good Point Thanks @BellaPippin. I would like to do something related to my field (commercial real estate). Trying to think of something that is needed, but kind of "nichey." As you point out in your example, something that is available for free over the web.

    Yeah your right, globest.com, my bad. Great questions. This depends on your statutory regulations, but even then they are not that tricky. Just get a RE lic. First thing to do would be contact a local brokerage in your area they will help you get licensed and keep you abreast of the rules...
