What would the perfect cleaning company be for you?(Business/Real Estate Owners)

A cleaning company that doesn't hire felons would be a plus. Coming in only to find stuff stolen and then finding out that the cleaning company is staffed mostly with prior felons... Yeah, not fun.

In my opinion, videos are the best way to get new customers into the email list. What do you think?

    MARKETING
It depends. A video that adds value and creates a lot of interest and intrugue and makes a person want to learn more will be effective. That said, anything (audio, pdf, video) that does that will be effective. What you should do it offer all three. Some people like to listen, some read, and...

The Undercover Billionaire: Building a $1m business in 90 days

    HOT! MINDSET
My thoughts on episode two: My father is retired but flips quite a few cars a month for "fun money." I'm by no means an expert on flipping cars but I know this much.... It rarely happens that easy or with that much of a profit margin. Its not rare to have 20 people call and say they want to...

The Undercover Billionaire: Building a $1m business in 90 days

    HOT! MINDSET
I think hes trying to use a strategy that most of the middle class, non entrepreneur, viewers can identify with. Offering business consulting or taking a sales position is something most the viewers wouldn't understand or be intersted in. Trying to flip cars, houses, and sell beer? Right up...

Hustling my way up from $100

    SIDE HUSTLE
What I would do if I was flat broke: Use the internet to find a list of every company that sells high profit margin products/services B2B. Go down the list contacting every company and tell them you will work for them on a commission basis only as an outside sales rep. Be ready to sell them on...

Email Product: How to Start & Concrete Examples

    MARKETING
Years ago I was a writer for a blog that used this strategy modified for a blog. You was able to read the first part of the blog post for free but if you wanted to read the "nuts and bolts" on how the "thing" was accomplished you needed a monthly membership. I don't know how much the owner...

Email Product: How to Start & Concrete Examples

    MARKETING
If you want to make big money with a paid newsletter then forget email (except for marketing purposes) and send a physical copy through the mail. People attach greater value to things that come through the mail and that they can physically touch and hold. The same emails you send for X price...

Why do people dislike bro-marketers, gurus, and similar people/businesses?

One of my clients who sells digital courses changed nothing except his price and sales dramatically increased. He took it from $47 up to $197. "You get what you pay for" is a mantra heavily ingrained in many people. To them, a higher price means higher quality.

Why do people dislike bro-marketers, gurus, and similar people/businesses?

Jordan Belfort got criticized a lot when he came out with a $3000.00 dvd set on selling. I bought it and the very same week used a few things I learned in it to close a big deal. That course has since paid for itself many times over. I realize that Jordan Belfort doesn't always get as much...

I actually considered that the dumbest part of his strategy. Why not call up stores who sell pet products and sell them in bulk? I suspect it was done more for entertainment value than practicality.

Just going to throw this out there as it relates to the current direction on the discussion.... As a business consultant who has worked with many self made millionaires I'll just say this: Whatever excuse you have, or have heard anyone else use, someone with a worse situation made the decision...

What virtual assistant companies have you used and did you like them?

    PEOPLE
For some reason I was thinking Upwork only had American VAs for like $20+/hr. I just checked into again and found some from India for $3/hr. I understand there is likely a huge quality difference but some of the stuff I need done could be completed by a small child with internet access. Thanks!

What virtual assistant companies have you used and did you like them?

    PEOPLE
I'm in the process of building a new digital product and I'm going to be needing a few more virtual assistants sometime very soon for extremely basic work. I have one VA right now that I hired sometime ago off of FB. Shes a college educated, stay at home mom, who makes my life 100x easier. I...
