Equity Split Between Co-Founders
Back out now. If he needs money, make a deal to pay him $x amount or % but do NOT have a 'co-founder'. Without money he can not move forward so he kinda has no choice. Before you have anyone as a co-founder..... shut it down and move on.- minivanman
