A new chance to do it right.

    EXECUTION
I've been looking to find some interesting products and manufacturers within EU and one furniture manufacturer offered me to dropship their products (after I contacted them about some specific products). I am not a fan of the business model (even though I've never done it hah), but they do make...

Railroad is not gonna work this time from China to Estonia for ordering test products for the new e-com project. Way too expensive. But I'm still going to order a pallet using sea freight. I'm also looking more and more towards manufacturers in EU that can maybe provide some cool products that...

So thanks to @Lex DeVille laser engraving thread I am in the process of purchasing a similar machine as well, probably going to use my own money but I can pay in 3 months so thats helpful. I also got a green light from bank to get a 15K loan (for 6 years) for my business - was planning to use...

    GOLD! HOT! MINDSET
This is really sad to read, but thank you for sharing @MJ DeMarco . This is so so true. When I was 10, my mom was killed by a drunk driver. 20 years passed just this month. These things NEVER heal and I am going to live with this deep scar until my last breath. Not going to describe how it...

    NOTABLE! SIDE HUSTLE

    EXECUTION
Hi! First of all, have a successful 2022 everybody! This thread is all about choosing a new business project and then executing the plan. I've been pretty inactive here for the past 7-8 months or so. I had a small online store, selling only locally in Estonia for over 1.5 years. It did decent...

    HOT! EXECUTION
Wooow, okay, haven't posted for a loong time. But not too much to share anyway. I kind of got stuck with this business at some point and didn't find a good way to expand it. So long story short, I recently sold the store. Now I have some funds and time to start something bigger and better. :)

Can an entrepreneur ever own a dog?

    HOT!
True, people who are NOT interested in entrepreneurship, usually add all or most of those things together. Not sure if you find a lot of them from this forum though.

Can an entrepreneur ever own a dog?

    HOT!
I'm sorry, but I sincerely doubt that people work on their businesses every single second they're awake. Probably a lot of them have dogs and other pets. They relieve stress and it's good to goof around with them. You'll find time to walk and play with them and also work on business. I have 2...

Uninstalled every other game, can't quit Counter-Strike

    HOT! MINDSET
I think it’s okay to play once in a while for an hour or 2. I play sometimes with my xbox but usually no more than 2 hours. I still work on my business projects, go to the gym often, eat healthy and sleep well. Sometimes I go weeks or months without playing, but now and then I like to play...

But you're talking about investing the whole 500K.. Why wouldn't you invest some of it and buy a business or three, that are nearly automated? Scale, sell, repeat?

Hey! I have done everything myself for the first year. But I am not interested in digital marketing as much as I should to bring it to the next level. I handle my accounts myself, but paid ads I try to outsource now. She is working now and getting results but it is early days. At least she is...

I would make a quick FB page and start running some ads/boosted posts to get some feedback. That's what I've done before. If you can do it yourself, that would be the best. Same time when they are making samples, you can learn the basics about advertising on FB/IG. On youtube and check out some...

Get more than one sample. Different kinds. As many as possible. Talk with the manufacturer. Then pictures, cool videos, some paid ads etc and get feedback. Before you make the big order.

Pretty solid week so far, around 1800€ in sales, not my best but getting better again after some really bad months. Today I was at the gym and during my workout my store generated around 80€ in sales - not much, but still felt so great! :D My next goal is to get to 500-1K daily sales on a...
