    Who Moved My Cheese?

    MINDSET
I remember when the book first came out and was popular in mgmt circles. My mgmt was talking about the book and I think they gave copies to all of the managers because it was on everyone's shelf at work. From what I remember, it didn't change a thing at my workplace. At that time I was not in...

Got off the fastlane path - working on returning!

    INTRO
My opinion is that this website should be built around a mobile interface, or perhaps a mobile app. Most young folks looking for a local gym will check their phone first before they break out the laptop, and then lastly fire up the desktop.

    How does this happen?

Sometimes life has a way of crushing your ambitions, hopes and dreams...so you settle for smaller/simplier/easier dreams. If a person is content with their J.O.B., then good for them. If they are not, then they must make the change for themselves. All we can do is show them by example that a...

    My business progress

    EXECUTION
What a mess! Sounds like another good reason for me to start slow/small and with no partners or investors. Instead of bringing in a partner to help carry the load, could you hire one of them? Might be too late to ask them to reconsider partnership and become an employee though...

@CLE do you have any updates you might share? Have you found a buyer for your product, or have you decided to proceed with making it yourself?

Best way to set up a team who work 24/7 ?

Is it possible to automate any of this process? Why couldn't the employees work on a project hours after it arrives, instead of just arbitrarily leaving it for the next day? What it the roadblock...is it a mindset? Just encouraging you to think outside of the box. There might be a solution out...

    Directory of Licensors

Hi @WolfNinjaUK, have you had any success contacting the IP owners? I have no idea who to contact, so I'd just start pounding away and asking. You'll eventually find the right person, just don't be afraid to ask. There's a great thread here about getting through the gatekeepers of a company...

Product Development in a New Niche

Hi @ChrisKyle. I'm surprised you haven't received any help with this yet. Any progress on your 3D design? A contract designer like those found on Upwork might be just the ticket for your 3D design & modeling. There are a couple sites that I've seen used here on the forum, but I haven't used...

Best way to set up a team who work 24/7 ?

I could be wrong, but if it only takes 20 minutes to create the product...you don't need 24/7. You can do this with a typical 8 hour shift, 6 days a week. It can be a rotating schedule. You just need to get the employees working on the product asap. I could be mistaken, but it seems like the...

    Rigged For The Rich?

    HOT!
I must respectfully disagree...unless you are saying that you want to provide everyone those things out of your own pocket. Voluntary generosity is terrific, but forcing someone to pay for another's provision is just wrong...in my opinion. Force is always required in order to use tax money to...
