    No. And miners haven't stopped finding more gold, either. Gold has had massive spikes in the past, too. It's often had a "blow off top," where a sharp peak is followed by a sharp decline. I'm not saying we're there yet. Just that every gold investor should be prepared for the possibility.

    The last thing you should worry about right now is leaning out. You should be focused on growing muscle, and that's best done with a calorie surplus. Focusing on getting leaner will reduce your future potential. Pack on muscle now. You can lean out later.
