What do you think are the most saturated markets?

I've known MANY people that had great business ideas and could provide a MUCH better service than anyone else in their niche but..... they didn't do a very good job of advertising. On the other hand, I know thousands of people that suck at what they do yet do a good job at marketing their...

Go out to your local track. More fun being out there and no stress. Depending on the track, some have a class that you can get in to for under $1500.

Yeah, I've heard of iracing but I don't play games. I barely get on here. Plus, my grandson just told me it is not for Mac's. We don't have any Windows computers.

Anybody Interested In The Indy 500?

    OFF-TOPIC
No, but I'm a huge dirt track fan. We have some big races in the area this weekend. The closest I ever came to dealing with any Indy drivers is one time my vehicle broke down near Belleville, Kansas. My friend owned the Dodge dealership so I called him to go fix it. He had to go over to the...

The guy that works on the machines for me sometimes has his 5 year old granddaughter with him and when he takes apart a dryer she is excited for ICE CREAM money! I had my grandson take apart a dryer the other day just to give him a little experience on things like that and he found 5 house keys...

I'm starting a real estate photography side business and could use some tips

Just last week I met a guy that does this. I asked how it was and he said it pays the bills. But as with any business, it can be better or worse depending on the person and how good or bad of a business person and marketer they are.

    Buying and Selling Locally Craigslist

You think the profit on phones is high? You should try selling them and see all the liability! You can't go in to phone sales half stepping it. It's a very complicated business. If whatsappstart can make $10k from selling phones, whatsappstart can sell anything!

Personally, I haven't watched the news in a couple of decades. Sometimes I have it on to get to the weather but not too often. By the way, those shows called, for example, CNN News or Fox News...... thats not really news. Those are shows with NEWS in the name. I don't watch those either. If I...

Everything has gotten worse in the last few years. I used to drive home at 2am and I'd be the only person on the road. I just now drove from Crandall (south of Dallas) and there was all kinds of traffic. I think my sales lady set up a delivery with this 76 year old lady for 4-5pm Saturday...

How important is a brand story?

Well, I was going to give out my results in a few months but I was playing around with this. I made up a few stories and would leave them up on the ABOUT page...... just to see if I could see the difference and I'll be dang, I'm not sure if it's by accident or not but I put my real story on...

This is the DFW metroplex..... they tell us it will rain but is it going to rain in Weatherford or Greenville or Alverado or Denton? That's a huge area..... so we never know!
