    UNSCRIPTED hits #1 on Amazon!

    FUNNY
Had me there! :-D I would have taken you up on the hardcover special offer MJ, but sadly I'm north of the border. P.S. Poor typography choice for the "un" in Unscripted on that cover, but I think the bowtie makes up for it.

The one and only fasting video you need to see.

    HEALTH
Older article I've just come across that is worth adding: Fasting for three days can regenerate entire immune system, study finds That title is click-baity of course, but could "detoxing" be as simple as fasting for 3 days? Not: Going to a sauna retreat in the mountains, and eating grass for 7...

@KLaw and @ToySoldier are a great example of what Scott Adams has been talking about on his blog a lot lately. 2 conflicting movies. On the one hand; we have 2 people who probably haven't taken the time to actually read the thread and see the value that is on offer, shouting "SCAM!" because of...

The one and only fasting video you need to see.

    HEALTH
You've not watched the video in the OP have you? It doesn't take weeks, it takes hours. You just have to fast. It's quite simple to get back out of, you start eating/consuming calories again. It does, insulin is the main driver of using body fat storages, spiking insulin, and that seemingly...

The one and only fasting video you need to see.

    HEALTH
I think it does work, that's what the video is all about. Another way to put it would be: You've got a truck with 2 gas tanks, the first tank you use regularly (consumed calories), but the second one has had fuel in it for however long and never gets used (body fat). Just when your truck is...

The one and only fasting video you need to see.

    HEALTH
No. Sorry to be a shit, but that isn't how it works. What you're doing (if you watched the video) is; you're about to go into the freezer and defrost some of that shit that has been in there for 3 months, then suddenly what happens? You reach inside the fridge and have a big gulp of calories...

The one and only fasting video you need to see.

You should count it, that's probably why it isn't working. Properly fasting means zero calories. How many calories in a teaspoon of honey? (21 according to google, but probably varies a lot).

Are you counting everything as fasting? By that I mean drinks too (except water, tea, coffee (with no milk/sugar/sweetener). The first time I tried doing this, without hearing about what it was to be entirely honest, I kept thinking; "why am I not losing any weight? I'm not eating ANYTHING!"...

The End of Employees (Wall Street Journal)

I was going to post this article in the other thread similar to this one. But it fits well here and I'm feeling lazy. ;-) Subscribe to read EDIT: The article might be behind a pay wall. It's basically about AI taking over jobs in the banking sector. Anyone work in banking?

Thank you! :-) This is awesome feedback! Thanks for taking the time to write it out. On the pixelation, that might just be where I've resized them to fit in the thread better. I'm not seeing that on the full sized images at all, and I'm usually like you in being able to spot that when others...
