    Have you made any sales? You either need more sales a lower price or wait longer. The wait is usually no more than a few weeks in my experience. If you have had sales you probably need to lower your price as well. Care to link to your product, I could probably help you more once seeing it.

    It means you didnt attach enough stamps. I have issues sometimes as well, I just chalk it up to the costs of doing business some people are just dishonest. If you want to ship products you just have to deal with a certain percentage of resends etc.
