    I'm no SEO expert but careful having the same person audit and execute. The person will be incentivized to over-exaggerate issues. At least from what I've seen. This applies to anything else of course: Facebook, PPC, not digital stuff, etc.

    Agreed with the time-based system. I do this with email. It's been set to allow for 1 minute to hit undo after hitting the send button. During that minute I'll find myself urgently checking over important emails. Often times the pressure of 1 minute will help me find what I've otherwise missed.

    This makes no sense. First off those search volumes, competition scores, etc. are estimates - often times very inaccurate estimates. Trying to derive an arbitrary formula from them doesn't accomplish anything. Use those estimates as soft validation that a market even exists. Not as hard proof...
