Me and my girlfriend believe we just found a really good idea!

    IDEA
It's not like this is a BAD idea. It's clearly not cuz plenty of other people doing it well & the fitness app market is massive with more space to expand imo. Whether or not OP can get it to work is another story. But regardless it's better to take a swing than spend 6 months thinking of a...

Me and my girlfriend believe we just found a really good idea!

    IDEA
Well, it depends on what you are trying to be... If the answer to that is the #1 app in a certain area, then yes I think it is unrealistic to do 5 different things at once and still be the best in any of those things. If you are looking for direction then tbh I don't really know. If it were me...

Me and my girlfriend believe we just found a really good idea!

    IDEA
This. I think having a single app that takes on exercise/nutrition/recovery/tracking/etc, Is going to be one hell of a doozy to create. It may be nice as an all-in-1 package but I suspect your nutrition product may never be good as myfitnesspals for example since you cannot solely invest in it...

Would you buy a book like this?

    IDEA BOOKS
I don't normally read/listen to fiction but if I saw something with your name on it I'd probably pick it up and give it a chance

I've Read The Great Rat-Race Escape!

    GOLD! HOT!
I read it twice. Third time through in the near future. The non-fiction part is very well done. It feels like concepts become more concise and better articulated with each successive book. The fiction part is a super unique & a very value-skewing addition to a business book. Really enjoyed this one.

The Story of our Service Business

    EXECUTION
I decided to DIY because I'm not interested in living out of a box for the next 2 months. If they follow up with me then I tell them what I've decided. If they don't follow up then I don't tell them because they don't seem to care anyway. California closet emails all end up in my spam folder. I...

The Story of our Service Business

    EXECUTION
I've been looking to increase storage in my house. The current closets and pantry were designed poorly. I've gotten quotes from 3 national players (closets by design, california closets and home depot) and several independent contractors from Thumbtack. They all took over a week to schedule a...

1031 Exchange for Real Estate: Goodbye...

Gotta feel bad for mom and pop landlords with a small portfolio of 4 or 5 units that have held those for 20 years with the plan to cash out upon hitting retirement age. They were smart and patient. Didn't blindly trust wall street and just inches away from the finish line the rules of the game...

    GOLD! HOT!
Commercial customers: You mentioned the primary pushback for commercial as being future uncertainty around money but I imagine it also depends on WHO is the one actually paying for the gutter service... If it's the tenant paying, chances are they don't put as much consideration or priority...

Uninstalled every other game, can't quit Counter-Strike

    HOT! MINDSET
I had this problem with league of legends for a while. It is easier said than done but you just need to quit cold turkey and put as many barriers up as possible. I sold my league account, uninstalled the game, used a website-blocker and set-up a random password for it. I have no clue what the...
