    I think you are over thinking this. Price the product where you need to in order to deal with shipping costs and make a healthy margin, and then get traffic and make sales. DONT COMPETE ON PRICE! Instead of giving them a price discount for ordering 6 months give them 10%, 20% or 30% more...

    I doubt this is the main problem I bet this is the main problem, this is also where a search bar would be great, log the searches and then you will see exactly what topics you need to address.

    I think this should be your main focus. With 15k customers coming to your site per month it would seem you should be making more than 700 dollars. Obviously these people are looking for something that you are not providing, or there is another issue with your website, price too high, too...

    Didnt realize you were going this route. Have you looked into just using the shipping offered through Amazon. I havent looked into stamps but my shipping cost is $1.86 (3-5 day anywhere in US) add in a couple other costs (envelope, printing, etc) and its probably around $2.25 total.
