    Funny enough. My dev calls those edge cases too. He says the first time the bot gets it, it has to process an answer and it sometimes times out. The next time, it will respond appropriately. But I agree. When it times out, it shouldn’t error out like that.

    I’m not a fan of the color scheme. I would also try to capture their email on the main page before they learn how it works, but that’s just me. Maybe a video explainer and then an email opt in on the homepage. How do you plan to drive traffic to it?

    I have not. Ours really isn't a voice agent per se. It's a pre-recorded scripts and rebuttals and then the AI picks the right thing to say and drops in any custom values; prospect's name, state, company name etc.

    Yeah you definitely have to treat it like it’s petulant 5 year old. Making up crap. Usually the custom gpts do better. But you gotta know half of what you’re doing and know the right questions to ask and know when it’s way off. Then lead it back.

    You have to have a landing page/website builder, right? Wordpress, clickfunnels, something? You need an email software. Active Campaign, MailCheat(Chimp) etc? It's good to have pipeline management to track opportunities. ClickUP, Pipedrive. You need forms for lead magnets. Google forms...

    Love the double dial. We've been testing that with our Voice AI. Not sure how effective it is at scale. Cause it's going to cost the agents $.15-$.25 for every VM that picks up after their free allotment of minutes. Trying to pull the data now to see how many pickups and live transfers come...
