    Campfire with no smoke

This is absolutely brilliant! It completely represents what MJ talks about in the book of finding pain points and solving them. This is something that has always bothered me when camping, the smoke seems to follow you! When you complain or hear someone else complain about something, just think...

Considering starting an appliance repair service

I cannot speak from experience but know someone who owned a moving company for years and have some knowledge on these types of businesses. What I can tell you, is if you decide to go into this type of business is from the start you have to think of your exit strategy. When I say exit strategy I...

Porsche now offers a $2000 monthly subscription?

You know Lexus is now making you pay a yearly subscription fee for an app that controls the car starter. The first year is free but it's $80/yr after that otherwise -- no car starter.

No mortgage payment with your first home

Well the "F*ck it let's throw it on AirBnB and see what happens" moment has netted a grand total of $42598 in 13 months. I just purchased a property in Panama City Beach with a rental history of approx. 45k/yr as well over the past 5 years. With both combined I will pay them off over the next...

How $40k/year is NOTHING, you need a hustle!

    SIDE HUSTLE
This year I'll be at approx. 120k in a small town north of Atlanta (low cost of living). Next year I'll be closer to 180k because of an investment property. It's still not the life I want. Why? Because I have yet to achieve freedom. My stress reliever is to work on my business because one day...

Why would I buy from you? What are you offering that I can't get anywhere else for the same price or better? Who are you, why should I trust giving you my money? Before people in any numbers will buy from you they first have to trust you. Amazon can get sales with new sellers because they have...

I just left my girlfriend of 3 years, for business. Am I a selfish prick?

    HOT! PEOPLE
Getting out of a long term relationship always feels lonely especially in the coming days and even months. It will pass. Focus on your goals. Also remember achieving goals and working on yourself will always in the long run attract a better mate. That's one thing that takes men (at least...

    Ads that don't sell anything

    EXECUTION

Do you guys feel sick in the stomach when you've to fork out money for product creation?

I used to feel that way because I lacked focus and direction. I did a lot of action faking and in the back of my mind my confidence in this actually moving forward anywhere was very little. I didn't have an end vision of what the result I wanted to look like as was just lost doing whatever I...

    Graze Mobile App Progress

    SAAS / APPS EXECUTION
I believe this could add tons of value to an app like this. You could have an option to were the food trucks can have "requests" for locations, to say large groups in advance.
