Moving from low to high production

IMO, Don't worry about the future production issues...get the first units built and sold. Then worry about the next few units, but improve a step. Repeat. If you continue to have sales, you'll get to the point of mass production. For now just focus on the tasks at hand.

The [SCRIPTED] Vault (Dogmatic Social Engineering)

    NOTABLE!
Sorry, but I think he should have been out of a job that very day! He's providing a service for which that girl paid. What a lousy service provider.

    Interesting Little Nugget from MMM

    MINDSET
Interesting observation! I'd imagine it's quite close, the biggest variable being the execution of the individual...in either method. I am too. I like living conservatively...and look forward to earning more with my business. There are as many paths to financial independence as their opinions...

    Interesting Little Nugget from MMM

    MINDSET
Greetings! I know it's pretty popular here to trash the blog MrMoneyMustache from time to time, but I recently found this little nugget in a blog post from March 22, 2012. "But the Rich people know that the thing money is most useful for is making more money for you automatically. A rich...

    What's your biggest fear?

    MINDSET
My business failing and being unable to provide for my family. Though it's an irrational fear because I know I could always go get another JOB if I needed to.

Welcome to the forum @Artemisia. I'm glad you found a way to avoid the 5/2 trade. Do you have any aspirations to start a related business?

How to get out of the profession you're in and become an entrepreneur

    HOT! MINDSET
Roughly how many adjustments do you perform per week? No need to answer here, just so that you know the answer. I ask because my chiropractor changed the office layout, and his modus operandi, a couple of years ago. The change was dramatic. He used to have private rooms for visitation, with...

Well hell, lets do this out in the open, shall we?

    EXECUTION
Probably just my paranoia, but isn't it quite risky to hand over your entire ebay store to a single VA? If a single VA can run it, what's to stop them from learning your "secret sauce" and then setting up their own ebay store using your suppliers & processes? I'd prefer to use multiple VAs and...

Welcome to the forum @AndrewC and I wish you all the best. Your plan sounds good. I hope it all works as you've planned. I have to admit that Dave Ramsey's plan has some appeal, and steps 1, 2, 3, 6 & 7 sound like good advice to me. But I do suffer from a chronic aversion to debt. Baby...

Delete thread - please don't ask.

    IMPORTANT!
It that still true? What does "unofficially deleted" mean? I've found value in many posts older than 2 years...

    Rural areas vs. Urban

    MINDSET RANT
My experience has been like that of @cutthroughstatic, I've had terrible service in the city as well as the country. I've also noticed excellent service in the country as well as the city. Regardless, I'd guess that @LuckyPup is right on the money!

Don't forget your small business insurance

I think @Azure may have been referring to this: I have my own opinion on this, but I'd prefer to hear yours. Thanks.

What's the Price Tag of Fear?

    MINDSET
@Almantas, that was brave to post all of your fears for us to see. You have taken some risks, which shows me that you've still got the capability to perform at the previous level you expect of yourself. Don't give up. You can do this!

NO ONE cares about your business

    HOT! EXECUTION
I'll be the contrarian today. I must disagree with the idea that employees won't care about the business or it's success. I've come to believe that the fault is shared with the management. Please bear with me a moment. There are a number of great books out there that give practical advice on...
