What would you do in my position?

    REAL ESTATE
Why so drastic? You can pay off a part of the debt right? This will bring LTV down and will comfort banks in times of a market crash. you also don’t have to decide right away. For now interest rates are getting lower again which is good for you. Time is on your side. Congrats for amassing...

Hi everyone, I’m new to the Fastlane Forum…

I am in the solar business and can offer a new perspective. My experience is that most SEO generated leads have low purchase intent. If you could find a way to qualify and offer hot leads to solar companies you can do very well. Maybe make a distinction based on different keyword/pages and...

Ok so they are basically subcontracting you? Do you work under their name? If so: Ditch this kind of work asap. Just keep it to get some cashflow and pay your employee for now while you work on getting your own customers. There aren't a lot of new construction projects going on right now in...

Hey man, good to see some progress. Can you give more details on the job that needs to be done? What kind of work are you doing for the client? If the client is shit > try to set up marketing/sales and get your own work. This will probably pay better as doing work for your client.

Mate. It sounds like it’s time for you. Why are you still in doubt? Get out while you still can. You can also try Thailand? I would pick Thailand over Bali any day. Only issue would be the visa. I’m not sure how much you make but if you can make good money you can simply buy a golden visa.
