My Biggest Struggle
MINDSETI had a lot of deprogramming to do also. In hindsight, here are some things I would want to know/employ: 1. Realize deprogramming will take some time. In my case a few years. 2. Question everything. Why do I make certain decisions: By observing what others do or what I really "want" to do. 3...- Get Right

Spiralling downward toward disaster...
INTROWelcome to the forum! What worked for me (in your situation): 1. Practice gratitude as much as possible 2. Stop giving a sh!t what people thought about me or my work (unless those people represent a market). Good luck bro, let us know how it goes.- Get Right

Let's Build a Spec House!
EXECUTIONHello Fastlaners! I've been super busy with the spec homes so sorry for the progress delay. The last few months have been a little trying but I'm still in good spirits. I've had to fire sub contractors, ride heard on my primary contractor and deal with mistakes and delays that could have been...- Get Right

GOLD! HOT! CHATI'll start as soon as I get the right mentor. Does anybody know a good sales guy I could hire? I haven't read TMF. Should I learn to code? Is an insider's subscription worth it? I found the 1 thing holding me back! (I'm guilty of that one) I'm waiting on somebody to call me back...- Get Right

Running an Equipment Rental Business
I own a few pieces of equipment that I rent to my subcontractors. I really enjoy it. So far it nets $700/month with zero work. A few things to note: 1. This is working for me because I require my equipment to be rented. I don't allow other equipment on my jobs. 2. This is working because...- Get Right

No News For a Week Challenge (Super Easy): Who's IN?
HOT! MINDSETI'm about 2 years into the "no news" thing...and I love it! I find it funny when people discuss current events/celebrities. I have no clue what they are talking about...and I don't care. I'm saving about $130/month, no made-up "news" stress, and more time spent doing what I want to do...- Get Right
