    HOT! SLOWLANE EXECUTION
Thanks for some great advice, I'm really interested in the concept of sites that convert, not just sites that look great - I've finished Maria Veloso's book on "Web copy that sells" and I'm just starting Ca$hvetising. I just need to apply it right now - any good resources you reccomend?

    Do you take notes?

I rarely used to take notes when reading books, however I met a friend who takes notes for every book he reads; It finally struck me that I should do too as I may remember the key points from the books to apply. Do you guys take notes? Whats your process?

I'm getting off my @ss! Finally!

On learning to code, I don't think its as effective as to finding a project to work on, wanting to implement that feature and then finding the code to do it i.e problem by problem basis. Otherwise its going to seem like an Asian language. I like to think of it as learning math for the sake of...

    Webdesign Fastlane or Slowlane?

    HOT! SLOWLANE EXECUTION
The website builders havent dominated the market yet and some people would rather give the job to you than do it themselves. I somehow related this also to: "The competitor to be feared is one who never bothers about you at all, but goes on making his own business better all the time." —HENRY FORD

Yeah thats a good way to get some passive income! I do this too, I have a VPS though. Will you be doing shared hosting via a reseller? The only problem I have had so far (and friends) is that clients may need support, especially if they host their email on the account etc.. But for the most part...

    EXECUTION
I have learned this the hard way too. Similar experiences, it really frustrated me in the begininng but then I realised instead of trying to help others I should help myself first and as you mentioned if they show potential or have interest I give them a little test like "email me" or check this...

Totally agree with this. I guess I am in the similar boat with you. I have been doing this for about 7 years now since I was 13 and worked my way through these hurdles... although I didn't commit much time to it throughout the younger years so all of that could be consolidated if focused on...
