Great slowlane jobs to help your transition.
MINDSET SLOWLANEI literally owe my whole current lifestyle to it. I am pretty happy with it. I consider myself Fastlane and my lifestyle as such since I pretty much do what I want to do. But I started this way, still develop today, but what I want and how I want. It is a passion and a lifestyle.- Aaron T

Great slowlane jobs to help your transition.
MINDSET SLOWLANEThank you Matt! Seriously, when I was younger the barrier to entry for a brief time was fairly HIGH in attainability, hardware costs, lack of knowledge, but it could be done. I did it. Now, you can get a RasberryPI for less than 30 dollars, a cheap throwaway screen to plug it into, and use...- Aaron T

I've Given Up on Chasing Money... Time to Start Chasing Passion
EXECUTIONThank you! I am just thinking of something that is possible and now I kind of want to do something like this but as a fundraising event. Anyway I am sure the idea has been done, but in an area like Trinidad (to which I have been and absolutely love the food OMG) i would think this concept...- Aaron T

I've Given Up on Chasing Money... Time to Start Chasing Passion
EXECUTIONWell those guys built a highly successful billion dollar video game franchise with hundreds of millions invested and a very large team BEFORE they built the eSports around it and Brand to boot. @Symphony that is one of those long goals. On your short term, have you thought about building a...- Aaron T

You can learn it free. College not a requirement in the slightest Even minimal knowledge in the right area will get you an...- Aaron T

Learning to Program is STUPID! (or SMART?!)
GOLD! HOT!There is some truth to that, but in a lot of ways I haven't grown up. Certainly love my toys :). Anyway I code almost on a daily basis. I enjoy it. It is thing I do. It is almost like meditation for me. The harder the problem, the more I enjoy it. Then there are periods where I just go away for...- Aaron T

Learning to Program is STUPID! (or SMART?!)
GOLD! HOT!Excited to see another old school developer on here! You certainly have the background to see this thing through so that is awesome. You don't need to understand all aspects as you are well aware but enough to know when the people you are working with are diverting from the goals, the code is...- Aaron T

I have a problem with MJ DeMarco (Follow your passion gets a beatdown)
GOLD! HOT!For some people fortunately their hobby and passion led to freedom. I swear as I sit here I am still coding up another cool idea. I can't imagine "retiring" and not coding. I do however like that I don't HAVE to code. There is freedom in that.- Aaron T

EXECUTIONIf I recall in the TMF book, towards the end there was a section on being a Monogamous Entrepreneur. Focused Monogamy equals fun Polygamy later right? Get one business, make the money, invest in lots.- Aaron T
