    I read your entire 80+ page thread. You have plenty of traction to not need the extra edge. My motivation problem is that I have to wait forever for my first real batch of products to come in from china. That's really pivoting me to look for things I can source locally and engineer myself.

    Good deal. How long does it take to ship average orders to you from overseas? I'm ordering samples from a couple sources on aliexpress. Takes 12-20 days via epacket. Then if the product is in demand, i'll order more in bulk, so another 12-20 days.

    What is your method of shipping to customers? How fast is your shipping? How did you initially validate your products before importing from manufacturer?
