Confused and don't know what to do

    HOT! MINDSET
Hi @Madman1996! Good of you to share what you feel. First off, accept your situation. Forget your age, it doesn't matter. People have success at all ages. Some sooner, some later. This is a great piece of advice. Define what you want in life. Then work out a way how you can get it...

    Figuring Out Newsletters

    EXECUTION
Just wanted to give @Andy Black a shout out for what he is doing with the paid newsletter subscription. I have been on the list since it started and must say, there's a ton of value in each email. I really like his style of writing and especially the brevity of the emails. If you are a...

    Figuring Out Instagram

    SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTION
Subbed, because I like the way @Andy Black approaches things. It's always the same angle. What angle you might ask? It's Andy doing things his way. You do. You move. You get results FAST. You pivot. You are Lightning McQueen. (“I am speed”) If Andy does Instagram, it is completely...

[Progress] Graphic Designer Going Freelance & Fastlane

    EXECUTION
Looking back, here are the recent developments: Separating my lives, business and private I have clients who don't respect my privacy and text/call me at all times of the day, no matter which day of the week. After bringing this up a couple of times but nothing changing, I got a business phone...

    Lines I live by

    MINDSET
Awesome @Andy Black! Your lines really resonate with me and the more experience I get in business, the deeper the meaning and understanding of these. They are like onions. Every time I read them again, a new layer is taken away and another meaning, interpretation or application is revealed...

    EXECUTION
How I cleared my mental fogginess If I get into a rhythm of working long hours, not getting enough fresh air, postponing my workouts and not sleeping enough, I tend to lose control a bit. When I am stressed and overly tired, I neglect health. I don't workout and I eat fast food, because yeah...

    EXECUTION
Hi guys. It's been a while... It's been crazy hectic months since I last posted. What has happened recently? Feeling Stuck I felt that I was turning in circles before Christmas. I felt that something I couldn't get my hands on was holding me back. I also realized that it has been bugging me...

Help one person at a time

Thanks @Andy Black, brilliant story. I couldn't agree more... If you focus on others instead of yourself, the magic happens. 2 weeks ago I was able to sign up a new client for a monthly retainer to help him with social media. The thing is, I had never done social media before. And he knew...

    Finding your focus

    MINDSET
Thanks for posting this @Andy Black. I realized this is more relevant for me than ever before. My key take-aways: Don't navelgaze, fail your way to success, or, to finding your focus. Diversify before you focus. Collect some data and based on your analysis, create a hypothesis and execute...

Andy's Contractor CV (Breakdown, Tips & Tricks)

    MARKETING
Thanks for sharing this @Andy Black! I watched this a while ago, but never applied it, because I was dabbling into too many things. It's my 30 days of action, so I put everything to a test. Here is what I integrated into my Upwork profile yesterday that I learned from you: Restructured my...

    MINDSET
I tried blinking it to you but you never replied  First action of the day: Focus. Second action of the day: Developed a hypothesis based on the results of last year. Third action of the day: Restructured my Upwork profile accordingly.
