    MEEEE, I put two offers in today. Both in good working class area. Deal one asking 29k offered 25k. Deal two asking 59k,offer is 27k. Both are Bank owned and will rent for $830 a month or I can sell them for a fast small buck. I can make a easy 20k on both if I was to sell them.
