    How To get Rich

    HOT!
I'd say that depends on the person. I completely understand a person who is just pursuing money. While money doesn't bring happiness it brings freedom of time. I (along with almost everyone here) think this is the greatest thing that money brings while most think of material items money...

Put my business on hold and pursue a degree a good idea?

    IDEA
This will sound like cliched advice but do what you feel you like need\want to do. There isn't anyway you can go wrong with that. If you look back and "regret it", you must remember that at that time it's what you felt was best and must accept that. College can be very helpful if you take...

Money Online - What to know

My whole method of "doing everything at once" for my website is just leaving me at a stalemate; There is so much to learn. Because of this I've decided to go about producing it in stages and it'd look something like this: -Research SEO take notes of important things -Implement into website...

    Greetings from Belgium

Welcome! I'd definitely read a progress log of the program if you were to post it. And MoneyMaka, learning to program a specific thing wouldn't take too long really. If you don't mind "hacking it together". That sounds worse than it is but it's very easy to put something working together if...

Hey E-Biz'ers, What are you up to?

    WEB/DIGITAL
Sometimes though it really helps to have a person explain it. I never truely understood the power of classes in object oriented programming until it was explained to me. It's like a whole new world for programming was shown to me. Defintely agree otherwise though! OT: Trying to get a...

Billionaire Dropouts. Is school necessary for success?

    OFF-TOPIC
Honestly, the classes have little to do with success in my opinion. There are many people with degrees that are successful because they continue to learn after college; They enjoy learning. Now, outside of classes, like JamesF said, there is so much that one will learn. I think the one year...

    Wired for procrastination?

That's how I am but I'm curious if you guys also do something else I do while "procrastinating". Let's just use writing a report for this example. While I am not writing the paper, I am still conciously looking for information that will help me with it without going out of my way. At the same...

New 'Trojan horse' opens your bank account to crooks

    OFF-TOPIC
Honestly, the trojan horse gaining access isn't the scary part at all. This has been around for a while. The true significant part is that it, on the fly, edits the html before displaying it in the browser to show a false balance. This allows the creators, or anyone at the center to take...

Why Oh Why Do you Need GOALS!!!

    MINDSET
I see Russ, I think the point that are views on this diverage are kind of with the words we use, more than what we think. I completely agree that people need to do what they want with no bias due to other peoples thinking. From that point, in my mind you then write out (lets say with a...

Why Oh Why Do you Need GOALS!!!

    MINDSET
Russ I disagree with plans first then goals. Certainly you need to know where you're headed in order to plan for it. The goal (in my mind) tells me want I am going to do. Once I know what I am going to do then I can figuring out what to do to get there. Certainly you're right if you're...

My Son and His Supposed Learning Disability

    OFF-TOPIC
Reading this part made me think of myself. It's weird, even to this day (I'm 19) when I am reading a story I have trouble remembering which character did certain things and I am always having to go back and look. If someone is reading it (thinking back years ago) I can remember it like...

Young website owner looking for some insight

Thing is if they were given that, at this point why would they want to advertise an unimportant (not being mean just the reality, only atm though) website? I would reccommend doing some type of contest. I'll give you an idea of what I plan to do and then maybe you can alter it. Once a month...

Young website owner looking for some insight

While most people have already covered what I was going to say, I say reccomend checking out Gary Vaynerchuk. I think his philosophies on this will work well for you. Really though, you'll have to offer something more than a forum to these people to draw them in. Would you, yourself...

    OneMoreGoal Progress Log

    EXECUTION
Ha, already been two days and I've posted nothing on here. I'll just give a quick rundown of whats going on. Two days ago: Right after posting I went to take my afternoon nap and instead of the 30 minutes or so I wanted to sleep I slept for 4 and wasted most of the day. After that I still...

    OneMoreGoal Progress Log

    EXECUTION
So after spending quite a few weeks thinking about what I'm going to do I've decided to "force" myself into action. While I could have easily made thousands by now if thinking was profitable, it sadly isn't. Because of this it's time to take action to start building the best online training...

    Advice for E-Entrepreneurs (Domains)

    WEB/DIGITAL
I recently bought www.onemoregoal.com (currently nothing there) for my soccer website I'll be making. The URL hints at the idea that it's for players that want to constantly improve their game to the "next level". I figured, I'm always going around to soccer forums helping so why not make one...

Trying to sell t-shirts in a overcrowded market

    WEB/DIGITAL
From what I read it sounds like Zazzle does all the work past getting the t-shirt designs and I'll type this response assuming that (If I'm wrong please correct me). From the sounds of it, even if you didn't go through Zazzle for the shipping and everything there is not much business. Why...
