    Hello there!

Haha, well, I'll be in London at some point to see Arsenal play, but that is all. Honestly, no real set location in particular - going to just go where ever I feel like as I am over there. So I'll probably end up all over Europe, not just the UK. haha

    Hello there!

Welcome man! Being a web designer definitely has a lot of potential. Side note - Don't be so openly dissing the UK like that! I'm quite excited about going there in 3 months. :P

    Fail... Fail... Fail... Failll!!!!!!!!!!

Sam, you mentioned that you've tried various things, like services\products. Could you go into detail about what you've actually done? On a side note, with the internet if you're willing to put forth, work, a lot of work, it's much easier to get started for cheap\nothing and have a much bigger...

Cover Design: Why I Drive Myself Nuts

    HOT!
This is my interpretation: He's merely getting an idea for what he wants as a design. These are not close to final ones, more like sketches for an artist or a draft for an author. Just saying "make this" to someone without a firm understanding of where he wants the cover "to go" could most...

Cover Design: Why I Drive Myself Nuts

    HOT!
I definitely like the idea behind Rawrs covers. Obviously it'd have to be more touched up but obviously he was just going for a quick mock up, so no worries. The simplicity of Russ's is great, but if I was to see "No speed limit" on a book I'd almost be gauranteed to not even look at the...

If you want to change your life, you must FIRST change ????

"Why?" is no doubt the question that needs to be answered before doing anything you currently can't do, or want to achieve. Of course everyone wants things they don't have, be it money, a job, or just confidence to speak in front of group of people. Thing is no one knows why they want such...

Want to know how to make $5000 per month?????

Great advice above Russ. It resonates well with me since I'm only 20... Also, come on... Anyone with a decent taste in music likes Billy Joel ;) haha

    Did you take one step?

Today? Lots! Not enough hours for certain things I wish I could do, but here are todays: -Finished practice 1 of 3 for soccer today. 45 minutes until the next. (not business, but for a life goal!) -Wrote a few pages for a book I will hopefully release before the years end. May only be an...

    The Most Expensive Island Online

ZDS, I was going to stick up for online games too, but I want to play devil advocate. Also this is all in the eyes of MMORPGs since that's what your blog is about. Thing is for almost everything in an online game, hard doesn't mean what it means it real life. Hard generally corresponded to...

    Money Can't Buy Happiness!

    HOT! MINDSET
This is one thing I've been thinking about a lot lately. I originally came here because I wanted to get RICH and do what I want, when I want, and then I'd be happy (or so I thought). In my head this image is usually the whole stereotypical idea of rich which would be lots of things. Anyways...

Haha, Sm Media, your family is the opposite of what I grew up with. My parents had 4 boys and 1 girl and you have the reverse. I send you my best wishes for the girls teenage years. :smxB:

    "Research" Before Taking Action

While reading a book today I saw a couple interesting paragraphs that some here could benefit from(myself included). Here it is: "People rarely make decisions as a product of long deliberation. They may take weeks to announce a decision but often make the decision in minutes, even seconds...

Im having problems with hmtl Font code

    WEB/DIGITAL
@mkzhang - The only problem with custom tags is that in IE you have to do little hacks to get it to work. While it is possible, it just becomes a pain in the a$$ since other browsers handle it easily. @Joey - In the CSS change the display property. If I remember right the default is "block"...

    Fastlane Fatty Forum

    OFF-TOPIC
One thing I'd just like to throw into this is to limit everything you drink to water. I started doing this, this a little over a week ago and it's amazing how much less I eat. Especially with extra sugary things like soda I can shovel down food like there is no tomorrow (2 whole subs, a few...

This one really hits a soft spot for me. If he keeps that attitude he'll be one bad a$$ player. ;)

19 yr old college student looking for advice,

Thats a good idea if you want to have a business last for a long time. There are a lot more examples of people who jumped in and jumped out at the right time and made a lot from it. Such as the Beanie Baby guy became a billionaire (atleast I think that's what read?) and those stupid hillbilly...

19 yr old college student looking for advice,

While your in school personally I'd just learn about different industries and do what interests you, not what is (possibly) going to explode. On that note, most things technology related will probably continue to do well along with other things. Although my opinion is biased due to that's...

I don't know what to do anymore.. should I just accept mediocrity

    OFF-TOPIC
Re: I don't know what to do anymore.. should I just accept medioc Runum, very good post! I thoroughly enjoyed reading that. One thing I want to say is to set a small limit\goal on an activity that you want to do today. I've (only just) started to try this with writing a book and setting a...

    30 Days - No Job

    OFF-TOPIC
Eh, I decided just to edit the first post because I realize that this is going to lead to a lot of time explaining myself. I'm not saying "screw the other people". I didn't elaborate a lot because I tend to ramble so let me clear it up. With the money I have saved up so far for England I can...
