    Product liability - a$$ kicked

Do you own the patent? If so, you could try to license it out to bigger businesses. I don't know what sport it is or what the product itself is, but hit up some of the bigger sports guys (Nike, UnderArmor, Reebok, whatever the leader in your sport/product is) and try to license to them (all of...

New business idea. Need your feedback

    IDEA
I haven't looked much into it, but you could start developing modules for Project Ara. http://www.projectara.com/get-involved/ I like the idea of making custom electronic solutions, you could also find one product that has high margins and sells well and just go with that route and become...

    Restaurant Booking App

    WEB/DIGITAL
Why not make an app with two sides, one each for business/restaurant and consumers. Then bookings go straight to the business to confirm/deny/put wait times. Give consumers option to put in 3 requests at once (only one will be filled, once it has the ticket is reminded. Pay for more requests at...

Oh okay, haha. Gotcha now. I'm glad because that is a solid idea and kind of what was I was pitching...Start with one and grow naturally. But I can start with one, have a free trial, get people to upgrade to a full fo that one and grow naturally that way and rinse and repeat to the full...

Advice for entrepreneurs learning just enough code to build their MVP's?

    WEB/DIGITAL
Yeah definitely, I understand the point you're making here, but I was more thinking of "once it's reached final product"/"how done it is". The example you're using should be handled in the debugging time frame, which is still part of the time required in the development process. To be honest...

Advice for entrepreneurs learning just enough code to build their MVP's?

    WEB/DIGITAL
It'll depend on how much work he can put in in a month. The guys at coding bootcamps (the biggest damn scams in the world) don't do anything other than put in a hell of a lot of time and pay a ton of money. if he can put in a month of doing nothing but programming and working on it, it's...

Advice for entrepreneurs learning just enough code to build their MVP's?

    WEB/DIGITAL
Sure, but you don't know his product, his background, etc. It's entirely possible and I've seen crazier.

Advice for entrepreneurs learning just enough code to build their MVP's?

    WEB/DIGITAL
I disagree with @mt_myke wholeheartedly. It is a million times easier to learn to program a specific thing than to learn to program in general. It's not like the surgeon example, it's more "I'm going to learn to build a bridge over my creek" versus "I'm going to learn engineering". For example...

Advice for entrepreneurs learning just enough code to build their MVP's?

    WEB/DIGITAL
You may want to try Python. Very good as a first (web) language. Very much like English. Codecademy has good tuts. Also make sure you fully understand the language well enough to create your mvp, otherwise youll waste tons of time and effort.

    Total Business Communication App

Thats where the expansion would come. Id start with task management, communication, etc. Do some stuff a bit different, make a high quality product, be a true competitor to them in terms of value and quality Then, once I make a high quality product, spread and become an ecompassing app. I know...

    Total Business Communication App

The primary use at first would be task management and communication. Once I nail that down, then I could expand, thatd be my growth strategy as a product

Found a patented product but it is still sold on Alibaba

The patent holder could also be licensing to the manufacturer, but it sounds more like they're doing it until they get a letter that says "stop", or a court case.

    Lead Gen Scraper

I think the problem with the existing ones is that they aren't all encompassing and they require the client to have too much technical know-how. Maybe I'll put up a landing page of some sort with a full list of features, details, etc. to see if there's actual interest or if it's a "cool idea".
