    I'm not being pessimistic, just stating facts. Shit can happen, you must get over that fact, or simply do everything yourself. Better to understand and mitigate risk and then move forward.

    How do you know a programmer won't steal your code? How do you know a manufacturer won't steal your product? How do you know a VC won't steal your idea? How do you know your employee won't steal your customers? You don't. You can mitigate risk but there's always risk.
